just got another call today 4/29/13 from 888 791 2561  & they hung up on me again so I called them back...... Yes it is LOWER MY BILLS  BROKER,  I submitted on line for a quote for lower auto insurance cost 6 MONTHS AGO. I laughed at them when they gave me a quote I'm retired, live in los angeles & they could not come close to WAWANESA which for me I have 2 cars & pay 275.00 PER YEAR for BOTH CARS with calf min ins coverage. you must have a good drivng record to them to cover you & if you have motorcycles check  GEICO, I have 3 bikes it cost me 80.00 a year to cover all 3, of course thats the bare min. for those of you looking, check it out yourself & good luck

I got several calls from this number. Did not answer due to numerous scam calls. Some of these calls came early in the morning

It was just about car insurance based on earlier enquiry for a quote via internet.

got a call this morning from this number that did not answer so used a different number to call them back and all i got was wrong number  message and they hung up

They called me twice. i put them on the blocked list!

I finally got through to this number. They told me that I checked on Lower My Bills for an insuranc equote on my car. That was total b***s***! They lied, and I will be reporting them to the telephone carrier and the FTC. They cannot just make calls to try to sell you something if you are on the Do Not Cal Registry!

It is a 3rd party insurance call to see if than can lower your rate. I have a phone that blocks call. So they got blocked to bad for them. But they need to stop the spamming....

I could not understand them. Just someone with nothing to do. They need to be stopped.

I got through the kid wouldnt tell me the name of his company but said they were doing follow-up customer service satisfication type calls for several companies...like lower my bills.com and some others that I have no affiliation with, told him to remove my number but I doubt that will happen.

I finally got in touch with these people after they have called multiple times a day for over a week. I have tried many times to ask them to remove me from the list. They have hung up every time prior to me making the request. Today, I actually got the words out of my mouth and the woman got very nasty. However, I tried another time and talked with a man who said they are making calls for Lower My Bills.com and an auto insurance (no specific name)

This is an unsolicited call. They are calling my business. I have filled out an FCC complaint. I have requested of two representatives that they take me off their list. Lower My Bills has done this at least twice a year for periods of weeks on end, after being asked to remove me from their list.

I have informed them that under no circumstances will I ever do business with their company. Companies that use these abusive and incessant practices should be boycotted.

Received a call from 888-791-2561 at least three times this week (3/18 through 3/21 2013).  There's never anyone on the other end.

I keep getting calls fro this number also. I called back and they refused to identify their company when I asked.. They were persistent on asking me if I was so and so and I said nope wrong number...

This number called me & when I answered, they hung up. When I called back, a guy was yelling into the phone like he was getting beat, then started laughing, & then hung up.

Got a call from this number on my cell. I a woman asked for me by first name as soon as I answered "yes" she hung up. I looked the number up online, and saw that others are getting calls from the same number. I used *67 to block my caller id and called back. A man answered and before I could say anything he called me by my first name. (My caller ID was blocked so how did he know it was me?) He said something about "lower my bills" and the call was being recorded. Then said I'd asked for car insurance quotes a few months back for my (he gave me the correct year and make of my car) and that prices had gone down and he wanted to give me a new quote. I'm skeptical of things like this and told him "no" I wasn't interested. This was just too weird, and scary that these folks had so much info about me.

Scammers.  They have all the MAGIC JACK numbers, somehow, and are calling them.  They are credit card payment plan scammers.  www.lowermybills.com and one other.  Worthless garbage.

Got a call from "NICK" at this #. He wanted to identify me, but I wouldn't give him any info. He knew the make and model of my cars. He said he "needed to know" my info. Told him that I would be ice skating in hell before he got anything from me! Put the # on my BLOCKED list.

I got a call from 888 791-2561 today at 3:13 PM. I didn't recognize the number so I did not answer. I have 4 phone numbers in operation and all have been listed on fed.gov Do not Call list. This cuts down on about 99% of bogus calls. That 1% of bogus calls come into my Google phone number. I do not answer if I don't know the number calling. Then I go over to my Google account and block that caller. Then if they call again, I do not even know it and that caller will get a Google message saying my number is not a working number.

LOL. I love my Google phone number!
