Is it a legit?

Went to an event sale that they had at one of their properties...they brought us there with the idea that we could buy a great lot and then told us that it wasn't available and obviously tried to sell us a higher priced one. Kind of a bait and catch situation. They had radios in place everywhere to try to give the idea that they were selling and create a type of auction situation. You were there to buy and you would no matter what the price they gave you. It felt like we were being suckered into buying!

I got the same flyer and can not find anything out about them.  I have googled murphy nc and still nothing.

Got this number on a flyer for the grand opening of Timber Ridge at Murphy, NC.  Looks like nice land, but can't find anything about them online.
