Ken Laster from National Service Bureau collector. Uses deceptive collection practices threatening to have the police come and take away your license if you don't call back. Harassed my employer. When I requested that he send me proof in writing he did not honor my request. He claims he is not under the FTC rules by Mr. Laster here is a expert from their website: The FTC enforces the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (?FDCPA?), which prohibits deceptive, unfair, and abusive debt collection practices. Among other things, the FDCPA bars collectors from using obscene or profane language, threatening violence, calling consumers repeatedly or at unreasonable hours, misrepresenting a consumer?s legal rights, disclosing a consumer?s personal affairs to third parties, and obtaining information about a consumer through false pretenses. Because certain practices that violate the FDCPA also violate the FTC Act, the FTC also uses the FTC Act to halt unfair or deceptive debt collection practices.

So funny... just got a call from this number (888-798-9059) and the person on the other end could not hear me for some reason, so I said HELLO! several times... all I heard him say (to a co-worker maybe) was this: "I'm so sick of this place!" LOL It was funny enough for me to try and see where the call was coming from.

There was only a number on caller ID, no name.  The caller did not leave a message.

I am a current Allstate insured.  I love them.  This crap is outsourced.  I just called my agent's office.  They HATE that.  Allstate has their own flagging system for this.  If everyone above is currently an Allstate policy holder, I suggest you do the same.

I have both home and auto insurance with Allsate but if they keep this up, I am going to switch companies. I just sent an email to my agent telling him this.  I hope it works.  I get 3-4 calls a week from them.  Bad business policy

Called and asked for me by name.  Whenever telemarketers/scammers call my cell phone, I always tell them they have the wrong number.  That usually works.  When I told them that, they said they were trying to reach me and then verified my street address.  I suspected it was still some type of scam so I told them they still had the wrong number.  I doubt they'll call back.  I'm not an Allstate customer.

Number blocked. Problem solved.

Oh, great... I just got my first call from them today... It sounds like I in for a long and annoying ride... What's worse is that they called my cell phone. -.- Wish me good luck.

I've had the same problem with all of the calls since being on the list. I got so many last month that I double checked to make sure I actually did it.  The calls keep coming.  I'm tempted to get rid of my landline.  It's so annoying.

Allstate Insurance is not affiliated with this toll free solicitation.  I called Allstate and they were unaware of this number or the calls being made to solicit Road Side Assistance for $1.99.  Allstate will remove you from their customer call list.  When I questioned how I got on the list, the Road Side Assistance person had no idea.

Just got a call from this number asking for my husband. When I ask who this was. She said"ok that's fine I'll call back" wtf

Well, this is the 8th different number I just added to my "do not answer the phone" list.  Why waste my cellphone minutes?  I never answer the phone when I don't recognize the calling number.

Called today @ 12:43 PM, no message.  If this is a debt collector, you have the wrong number.

I am sick and tired of receiving calls from this number. The caller never leaves a message.. I do not owe anyone any money.. so please just leave me the %^%%$ alone!!!   Seriously! I am SOOOO sick of this crap!

Missed call, no message. I use Allstate for insurance and I am considering dropping them if they continue to use my personal number for harassment.

I was getting one particular call that was very annoying and they were extremely persistent.  So I did the DNC thing and it was like the flood doors opened up.  Now I am getting calls from all kind of different numbers.  So much for the DNC.  I actually did it twice and it got twice as bad.

I have received over 30 calls from 888-798 9059. I returned the call they claim to be
AllState Motor Club. I already have allstate. I am reporting to the Federal Communication Commission. I do not owe anyone any money.

I went to their web site and sent them a message complaining about the repeated calls.  I got a nice return email stating that they would put me on the Allstate do not call list.

I told them yesterday I wasn't interested but they keep calling.

Just can't believe the number of calls were get. We're on the "DNC" list, and we gett calls from different phone numbers...and some of the same.....every day!!! Annoying and frustrating.

allstate.  they suck.

They called and hung up.
