I received a call today stating that I owe exactly $1460.00 to net cash and this lady had all my personal information from my SSN, address and job (scary). What threw me off was that she mentioned a bank acct that I no longer have and that's been closed since 10/23/12. I was told I have by the end of the business day tomorrow to make a payment. Meanwhile I googled net cash and cash net usa popped up so assuming they were the same I called and they said I have no acct with them that this was a scam. I then googled the agency that called me which is ADR Arbitration and they said I have no acct with them also. The number I was given by the lady that called me was 888-489-7948 ext 105 she actually called me from a private number oddly enough. This is so scary and has me worried.

Searched for BBB report based on address 200 W Jackson Blvd #1400 Chicago, IL 60606. Search only showed http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/pa ... ago-il-90034362 but would reference Chicago IL. I went to Advance America's website and they have a scam alert on their page which says as follows:

I received a call from this number this morning & they asked for my husband. I asked can I let him know who is calling? She said AEA and when I asked what is AEA? She says, "sorry maam I cannot discuss that with you" I said I'm not asking for any personal info, I just want to know what AEA stands for. She said sorry I cannot reveal that, So I said ok than goodbye~!!!!!

These guys know that you have not taken out a loan and they will clear up the problem if you just supply them with your social and other personal information.  They are a phishing organization designed for identity theft.  I have reported these guys to the FBI.

I got the same thing.  Turns out these guys are a phising organization.  I ran a check on my credit report and credit monoriting that I have and they show no loan being taken out in my name.   The best way to get rid of these guys is when they call tell them you are say somebody else.  After a second call that pretty much ends it.

Just got w call from these bozos.  Investigator Martin.  States we have an outstanding loan.  They are a third party collector.  They knew job, bank I was shocked.  Called cash net usa.  They warned me its a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people impersonate investigators.  Got a call from Rene Russo extremey 106.  This isn't even her extension.  Threatening to serve us for an  outstanding loan.     Called them back an investigator Martin answers.  He states we have an outstanding loan amt. Of $915.00.  Under my husbands name.  Total due amt. Is $2745.00.  They are a third party collection agency. I call cash net usa.  They tell me its a fake investigator all lies!

I received a phone call from this number (888-801-9075) and they had asked for my wife, I told the lady on the phone she has the wrong number. I asked my wife if she had used or even applied for a loan and of course she said "no". I bet our/your information is being sold to the lowest bidder.

Just received a call from this number. It is the same guy calling from all different numbers with the same message. I have not taken out any loans not sure how they got all my personal information. They stated there was a law suit and I am the main person. First time he said I owed 30,000 then just now he said I owe 14,000. Really?? They even called me at work. Today I went and had all my old bank accounts closed and reopened new ones. I also had to contact the three credit agencies to let them know what is happening. Its amazes me how these middle eastern guys are getting my info. I really am starting to get pissed off from this. The messages are getting more aggressive and that makes me mad.

Recently took out a loan with CashNet for $550. My payment is not due for two weeks and I got a threatening call from some Indian guy named "Dave Richardson." He couldn't even pronounce his own name. Said that if I didn't pay $834 to his "client" I would be comitting fraud and would go to court. At first, scared the hell out of me. He wanted me to fax a letter to him stating I would pay this amount to his "client" on a designated day. If I did not send the fax in 24 hours, I would be summoned to court. After calling the company, nothing is wrong with my account or payday and then found websites to all sorts of foreign scams associated with online loans. He had all my information though which is scary.

A 9:38p.m. eastern standard time telephone call. Really? Please, stop calling. These type of unwanted and untimely calls are the reason companies need to stop telemarketing.

Cashnet wants to loan me some cash with a decent discount (AKA they wantz mai moniez). But my thinking is that if I needed a payday loan at the moment, I'd be calling them.

Any telephone number that blocks their company name...comes up "TOLL FREE CALL" instead...is a waste of my time and their time...I will not answer such a call.  It is harassment and NEEDS to stop.

Cashnetusa They just called me from this 888 number about 30 minutes after I extended my advance loan online.

The person calling did not speak good English and kept mixing up his words. My caller ID showed the number being called from as 975-985-8538. I hung up on him then he called back and blocked his number and left a message stating to call 201-234-4715. Another bogus loan they are trying to get money for.

Called and asked for Dr. Allen.
