he called me saying he want to serve me court order with no address verification

here is the phone number he gave me 888-805-4804 for who the letter is from

he called me also saying he had a certified letter for me and would deliver it on 4/16/13 said it was from e a services i asked what address he has and he gave me an old address of mine from over a year ago

Received two calls from this number, which displays as "Private".  Droll-sounding male naming himself "Jerry Peters" informs me that he is going to serve me at my home on Monday, April 15th and gives my "case number" as 250072.  He does not say:  Who the client is; What the amount is; What the bill was for, and does not give me any identifying information such as my address, my place of employment, or any other personal information that would lead me to believe he is legitimate.
