MAN CALLED ME TODAY SAYING HE WAS TONY ALLEN AND SERVING ME PAPERS ON MONDAY AFTER I SPEAK TO ELA ASSOCIATES 888-805-4952 WITH A REFERANCE NUMBER

Thanks for the info. This idiot keeps calling my parents house saying he is going to bring legal papers fore to sign. I'm in California. No idea who he is. I would love to see him actually show up from New York to here.

I just got the same call from Tony Allen. The caller ID said Anonymous.  He left me a message telling me that he was a legal carrier and will be serving me court papers on Monday.  Why are they calling?

This person kept calling my work,my fiance threathing them that I needed to call them or else.
Then I called to see what the problem was and this Toni Allen told me that he couldn't serve me the
Legal documents until the company that was serving me talk to me. So I call them they said they were elmwood associates, they told me that if I didn't want to go to court to pay them $500. Said they only take credit cards as payment. This has to be a scam and its real bpthersome that they have all my personal information including my place of work.

Person claims that I am being served court documents. Wanted to confirm my information. Claims that I was supposed to be notified ahead of time. Tells me to call this number with a reference number. All false scam! Intimidating tactics! They had way too much of my personal information! Checking all my public info and doing what I can to make as much a possible, PRIVATE.

Had the exact same experience.  Told him I'd Googled him and found out it was a scam.  Told him I'd report him to the FCC.  He called at 1:30 the first day and at 8:00 a.m. the next day.  Scam.

A guy named Tony Allen called me from an unknown number and said he was calling me to serve me papers. He said he called me several times before. He also said he would see me at work if I was not phone. He left a reference number. I called 888-805-4952 and a man answered as Allen & Associates. I asked what company they were and he said an investment firm in Buffalo,NY and he did not know what the guy who left me a message was. Whoever called never showed up to see me. It's a huge scam....my thoughts.
