Jack Morgan leaves a voice mail on my phone, claming to have papers for my wife to sign, so she can show up to court.  He said he was going to show up at my house to deliver these papers on Tuesday. I waited all day, he never showed up.  I knew it was a scam, just to get us to call him. For one he used my wifes madain name, which she hasn't used in 7 years. The other thing he forgot he tried this same scam 6 months ago. It didn't work then, it's not working now.  He will call to fish for infomation that will help him get money under your name. Just don't call him. If he really is from the justice system, he will visit you in person, not on the phone. Beware

I got a message left on my voice mail telling me that Jack Morgan was coming out on Thursday at my home or on my job to serve  me with papers to appear in court.  If this guy knew anything, he would have known that I haven't worked in years. He can come on out to the house, I have a not so friendly pitbull that would love to greet him.

I received a call from this number. The person on the line left a message saying that they needed my signature to sign for paperwork to appear in court. I have no intentions on calling this person back. I have worked for the court I know that that is not the way business is done. This is a straight scam and harassment.

Got a call from a restricted number the guy says hes calling to serve me court papers? He wanted info..and didnt know where i lived. He gave me the 888-805-4953 to call. I knew I had not been involved in anything to warrent court. I called got a lady you switched me over to a guy named William Wood. Who has to put me on hold to go get his hard file? Then he wanted to verify my dob and last 4of my ss. which i do not confirm. He had no clue as to my whereabouts and goes on to say I owe 972.00 to a loan co called cashnet?. I fish for info knowing full well ive tajen no such loan and this man says i owe this loan from 2009? Im thinking wow.. I got a loan when i was unemployed and on welfare? But even more interesting he says it went to a bank I used more than 10yrs ago. Im thinking..the math just doesnt add up here. Scammer! Watch out for these folks and def do not confirm your info to anyone. Identity theives are everywhere.
