they took money off me twice of 149.95 and i went to bank it took six months finally got my money back and now they say they gave me to much and want 149.95 or else they call daily i cant open any accounts because of my old bank account being so messed up they never even got in trouble with my bank they should be shut down asap but better business buraeu backs them up some how its all a scam this was two years ago it happened to me and i got a call today to pay or else please sombody help me i cant open any bank accounts now i never even recieved nothing from company never knew who they were thanks

E credit Authoty taken money out my acount an i am going to the police file a report an have pull in jail.

This number from the ecreditauthoriy took out the $149.95 two times before and that's why I've changed my account number. Now I have another new account number and it's still happened the same thing. This number took out the $149.95 two times with my new account number, but I am keep calling this number and it's sound like they still on the phone talking or they are not putting the phone wright on the stand. I want this company to pay back my $106.00 that I was paying at the bank because of the over withdrawn but not enough money in my account. So please stop taking out the money from my account without my permission and please look up for your telephone number if it's okaying because I am keeping call your company with this number but no answer. I am gonna say this again, please don't take out the $149.95 from my account because I didn't fill out any papers from your company. Thank you.  P.S. I didn't receive any amount from your company and now you are taking out $149.95 from my account with out my permission.

It happened to me, they took 149.95 from my bank w/out my authorization......need some help to resolve this........this ia a fraud!!!!!!

They got me too. E-Credit Authority. I called the bank to inquire. They recommend changing your account number and No More Loans of any kind on the computer. The loan company sells the info and You have to pay. My bank is reversing the charges, but will not continue to do so.

same just happened to me i called my bank and the e credit number they are refunding me 114 because the rest i had to pay for cancellation fees, but my bank still has told me fill charges even after i get my 114 back. Stay away from payday loans.

This scam is crap; I as well do not have a credit card which they claimed.  I filled a fraud alert with my bank!

I am getting 19.95 taken out of my account. I thought I canceled it but it still comes out.

They took 149.95 from my checking accont and then they took another 19.95 from my acct.  The offer was not accepted and they took the money anyway.

they got me to just today i am calling them first because they took the money out under a name that is not even on my account if they dont return the money i will go to my bank

I checked my account and I had 149.95 deducted without my permission. I am in contact with my bank to get the funds put back in my account but I now have to cancel my account and I receive direct deposit. I did not authorize this transaction and i will be disputing this charge.

Amy, thank you so much for sharing this infomation.  Same thing happened to me.  Never heard of em, never saw the website, and did not give them permission to debit from my account. Is this the same number they use when their name changes?

they tried to takemoney out of my account had to go through the process of changing accounts and paying a over draft fee what dooshbags!!!!

yes this happend to me. I recieve information about a charge $149.95 from my bank.Was not happy at all so I file a frualent charge with this company. i can not believe that this company has charging people with out there approval. Call the company and they was very quick to refund my fund into my account especially when i sayed that i reported this company.So I will see how quick the company willl refund my money. Do not let people like this take your money with authoriztion let your voice be heard and stop them.

This just happened to me today. I called my bank, told them I recalled applying for a personal loan, but never giving any company permission to debit my account for $149.95. I suggest everyone file a claim with their bank and get this taken care of as soon as possible.
