I got the letter and called to investigate. A rep said the company is out of Beverly Hills Calif. They work with Citi Mortgage to modify your loan. There web site is http://www.guidancemortgagerelief.com
Seems to be legit.???

I just recieved a letter claimiing payment reduction notification with the same number to call. I also have citimortgage as my lender. something is fishy

We got the same thing on 1-28-10 and our lender is also Citi Mortgage. I thought it seemed a little suspicious...

no phone call but received letter on 01-11-10 claiming to be CREDIT REDUCTION NOTIFICATION with Citi Mortgage (just so happens to be my lender). says it was issued by Loan Modification Dept Program Director. the only contact info listed is 888-807-8031 (9am - 7pm EST). appears to be a scam to me.. beware!
