I noticed a pop-up window doing a scan and warning me of viruses.  I thought it was my Norton Anti-Virus that had just gone out of date. Well, it wasn't that, but this Latvia company.  I called to ask for reinbursement but it remains to be seen.  The representative was nice and said $79.90 would be reimbursed... so we'll see!

I tried calling this company from Technical support, cancel order and customer service, unfortunately know answers or reply from them! BECAREFUL!!! All this overwhelmed me and it gave me a difficult time to get rid of the windows, fake viruses.

DON"T GET FOOLED! FOR AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A GOOD INTIVIRUS PROGRAME AND IT COMPROMISED, IT DOES NOT MEAN TELL YOU ANY OF THOSE FAKED VIRUS, IN OTHER WORDS THIS ARE SCAM TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU TO BUY THEIR PERSONAL SECURITY PROGRAM.

I reported the company to Chase Bank for scaming and fraud! I have changed my credit card number. Will see what happends next.

GO TO PERSOANL SECURITY REMOVAL and see how they scam people. You will be so angry for who ever this devil ASSSH...!!

The Phone numbers and email address he gave me at his email to activation code for the registration key are: 1(888) 809-6223 or 1 (888) 8767 322 email:support@global-mail-support.com.

If you recieve an email address from him (his name is Dan Gins) "Security System" <securitysystemssupport@googlemail.com

Just the email address is coming from an unprofessional email address is another red alert to see that this guy is a scam! BECAREFUL!!

I got scammed by the same people & canceled my CC when I got my statement & I saw a charge for 99.90 from Falcowarestore.com. They did the same thing to me by downloading a virus & freezing up my PC if I didn't download Personal Security. I called Chase Fraud department who will deal with them but am concerned about my on-line checking account ,etc in my database. Hopefully this wil be the end of it but the virus they downloaded scared me because this PC has all my work, personal, & everything important in it & it said I had 32 Trojans & Bla Bla Bla. Gave me a cardiac arrest. Same number 888-809-6223 but no one returned my call or emailed me back. Thank God for CHase bank handling this for me.

Well, I have the same situation. I have totally fixed the virus though. I finally figured that out pretty easy... I called the company and told them they forced me to pay for a virus.. and that I want my money back... and they claimed they will send me my money back within 5 days. ha. So we will see. I will have my credit card company fighting them too.

Had almost the exact same experience as described above.  Just cancelled my CC today, but am out the $80.00.  I did find out that the charge was made to a company called falcowarestore.com in Rigo, Latvia if that info. helps anyone.  My CC company encouraged me to file a dispute, but I'm not sure that I'll see any $ back.  They also said that there is a lot of fraud that comes from Latvia.  I feel so duped!

They got me today!  It was a very convincing notice of the trojans and worms on my account and I fell for it and paid what was suppose to be a one time fee of $59.95.  It came out on my credit card as $79.95.  The program would never really download and they wouldn't answer my phone calls.  From there red flags came up everywhere and then nothing would work at all.  My daughter looked up their phone number and this blog came up.  i immediately called my cc provider and cancelled my card.  Private Security had already charged me but I caught this within 1/2 hr. of the process starting.  Geek Squad said I was the fourth person this a.m. with this problem.  They had never heard of this company before, but they sure are busy now!  I don't know exactly who to complain to, but they even disarmed the Trend-Microcillin program I had just renewed.  I am MAJORLY PISSED!

Well, they got me too for $99.90. I was experiencing problems w/my computer. I have to go online to various appl. manuf, and it would not let me do this. Then this notice kept coming up, like a pop-up, stating I have multiple viruses and other problems. This company goes by the name of PSecurity and they had a convincing presentation. In fact, I could do nothing w/my computer until I purchased their program. I did not want to because I was not familiar with this company and the price. But I did not know what else to do! I even received an email from them w/their phone #, stating that if I have any problems, etc, to call them. I did not think I would have to call them but yesterday I could not find the PSecurity. It is like it vanished off my computer. It is in my programs but when I click on it, it tells me it has been changed or moved, and will no longer work properly. So, I called the number and it will not go through but says the number is not working and to try again. That is when I knew I have been had. I hope these "scumbags" are stopped!

I did not receive a call but my I received a warning on my Pc that I needed to update my antivirus protection.  I knew my was almost up so I entered my CC info for 80 dollars to this company.  The next day I logon to my pc and sure enough everything is messed up.  I call the number the above number and the person on the other end assured me they were legit and it must be an issue on my end.  I do some more research on my pc and the software is no where to be found.  I called best buy and sure enough the antivirus software was a virus itself.  Best Buy was going to charge me 300 dollars to get the virus of my Pc so I just cleaned the registry myself.  I have not notice any money missing from my accounts, other than the 80 dollars, as of yet.  I hope this company gets what they deserve!!!

WEll...I didn't get a call, but I have experienced these people.  A pop-up on my computer stated that I had viruses and trojans.  It looked like a familiar pop-up from windows or one of my programs.  I purchased the anti-virus because I'm in the military and my account info is on my computer.  I have a lot of money from bonuses and things...thus, I was worried.  Come to find out, these people are frauds and they have stolen my money. It's the weekend, so I can't get to the bank until Monday.  Hopefully, we can get this problem resolved.
