My Nephew listed my name as a contact person when he got a loan from this company. They continue to call me and harrass me wanting to know how to get in touch with him. I don't have any information on my nephew. We are not close nor do we live in the same city. I have asked them not to call me, but they call every week and sometimes more.

This is a student loan company. They are required to call the number they have on file. If you choose to ignore these calls, the loan will default. If this happens, the government will garnish your wages and keep any tax refunds you are owed. If it is the case of the wrong number, you simply have to let them know so that they can remove your number.

I am on the do not call list and don't want unlisted numbers calling me.

They have called here at least 8 times today. When the machine picks up they hang up. If it's important enough to call, it's important enough to leave a message. I know they're calling about student loans that we may or may not have with them but it doesn't make it any less annoying when they keep calling from an unknown name and don't leave a message.

This number is for XLS or Express Loan Servicing

It does not necessarily mean the loan is for you. I was called by them, and I only use Sallea Mae for my Loans - my sister used me as a reference and they could not get ahold of her and the mail was going back to them. I gave them her updated address, she thanked me and didn't know that was happening. So someone may have used you as a reference if you've never heard of them before and you might need to just update some info is all. They were nice over the phone too

If you owe money and don't have any arrangements...they HAVE to call you. If you can't afford to pay, usually there are deferments, forbearances or you could lower your payments to interest only. If you work out an arrangement...they will stop calling.

Xpress Loans, basically got told they didn't like my payment amount. They don't seem to understand some bills come first, they actually asked if I could not pay rent for a few months so they would get the payment instead. a***oles.

It is Xpress Loan Servicing.
If you have a college loan they are calling you to pay it back.
In my opinion it is not a very good place, I've had my loans serviced by a much better place, so you may be getting a call in error.

Did not answer as I have never had a student loan, called twice in 30 minutes they did not leave message

Xpress Loan Servicing; If you get calls from them, it means you owe money on student loans that they funded...make sure that have they have the right person (they may be calling a person who owes money who once had your phone #), if not you can have alot of fees added to your loan.

We keep getting calls from this number. I would like to know how they got our number since it's unlisted. We are deaf, they will get no reply!
