If you know of how I can get on a class action lawsuit for Pulaski travel and tours I would be so grateful.
This company needs to be desolved from ripping off anymore people of $7000.00 and all we purchased is air. We get nothing for our money not even a call back. All they can say is they can't help us. What a pile of crap. Please let me know anything at all regarding where to turn. ph 209-888-7984

I am interested in joining. By the time you complete the trainig you have spent hundreds more and then comes the annual renewal of $230. They are not worth the service.  My first effort to get a condo week in Hawaii waited more than a week for a reply. I would love someone to take them on.

I've been trying to cancel my membership (I'm willing to pay penalties as it's over 5 days), but they keep telling us that they won't refund even though there is nothing in the contract stating that it is non-refundable (it just implies that refunds after 5 days will have penalties). I'm sure that they can't just deny a refund unless they specifically say. I would love to get a lawyer involved.

If you are interested in a class action lawsuit against Pulaski Tickets and Tours I am SERIOUSLY ready to hire a lawyer.  Please let me know.

My wife and I fell prey to these guys. I am considering organizing a class action against them. Very slick, but on the reality side of things you can get better deals all over the internet with a little search and shrewd judgement, which I confess to not doing before we got taken. Do NOT get sucked in like we did.

It's complimentary, not free. You'd pay the taxes that don't exceed a certain number (depending on the getaway package.) Nothing in this world is free. It still saves you at least 70% though, but quick judgements and skepticism without an open mind will just make you lose money. Keep going with Expedia, Orbitz, whatever...they'll give you commission...I get my vacations to Germany for 70% off! Have an open mind!

I'm a member of Pulaski and I really love them. I join with them after receiving a phone calling saying I won a trip. I went on the trip and love that too. They're legit.

I received the letter and attended a seminar.  This is a huge scam.  They are trying to get people to pay $6,999 to join their travel club.  I was interested for business purposes but thought the price was too high.  The various representatives involved quickly reduced the price to $1,999 - in less than 10 minutes. The travel certificate they give you for attending as an enticement to come is also a scam.  It eliminates 200 days from the calendar right off the bat, and no Radisson's within 90 days from your home.  DO NOT GO TO PALASKI - it is a scam.

We had the same experience trying to get the "free" tickets.  We missed one of the many pre-conditions.  Ours had to do with the choosing of two dates on which to begin the trip for which the tickets were to be issued.  They had to be 30 days apart.  We didn't pick up on the ambiguously worded requirement.  Others had failed because they didn't send a Postal Money Order for any possible supplemental costs [the costs not being mentioned in the first offer.] If you sent cash or a cashier's check:  too bad, the offer was voided forever.  Certs, Inc. is at the least ethically challenged. there are other horror stories of non-compliance.  Pulaski's operation may be legit, but the free ticket deal is illusory and a scam.

How do we know the person working for this company is not spying on all of us. Indeed, this is a scam, and s/he who is defending the perpetrator should seek new work! Are tobacco workers "slandered" by reports linking smoking (correctly) to diseases?

my mail offered two free nights at a Marriot. It came from VIP travel reservations, referring to Pulaski Travel in Concord CA and had the number 1 888 806 8804.  Came as a happy birthday card for my wife. How did they know her birthday?

The "check" enclosed (for "checking in") said
"Taxes, fees or deposits sole responsibility of the receptions [sic]" -- I suppose a giveaway.
WE got the United Airlines labeled scam in the spring. Fine print says  "not afiliated with..."

It is to buy into a tavel agency of sorts.  It helps you become a travel agent and get discounts as a travel agent.

They've picked up on this too. Now the offer is two nights at any of 200 Marriott hotels plus a $50 dinner, and another $50 Visa debit card if I call right away.

This is the biggest scam there is and I would guess you are a scam artist. All you have to do is go the the Better Business Bureau on line and type in their name and you will see for yourself. I will give you a dollar for every person who says this is a legit business if you give me a dollar for everyone who says it's not. What could be more fair?

Was offered the 2 free tickets package from Hallmark Travel (aka Pulaski).  Walked out thinking we had a free flight/car, and completed the paper work as specified (to be fulfilled by CERTS Inc).  The rules/restrictions are designed to reject ANY reasonable attempt at redemption.  The result: we received our application back with the statement, "Offer is void."  This is not an isolated case, see here for more info: http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/certs-inc-c8876.html

Slander is spoken.  I think the word you wanted was libel.  That said, the form I received (2008) is a scam and that is undeniable.

I got mail today saying that I won two R/T airline tickets on Jet Blue Airways and if I call within 72 hours get a free rental car from Rent-A-Car.  On the back it has Pulaski Tickets and Tours.  Also states "promotion is not sponsored by or affiliated with Jet Blue Airways or Dollar Car Rental."  Wonder why the difference in car rental agencies?  This is a case if its too good to be true,  it is.

Happy Worker: All I can say is if you, as an employee of the company, are representative of the caliber of this company, you are doing them no service with your post. It's hard to take seriously anyone that has no concept of the what the Cap key is for, much less any understanding of basic punctuation and spelling. I could use the free flight. what are the flight restrictions??  I just got this in the mail too and signed up for the presentation on Sunday.  I've participated in Time-share presentations before in order to receive a free gift, and they were not so bad.  My boyfriend and I got free a weekend at the Tahoe Marriott last winter with two days of lift tickets, and all we had to do in exchange was sit through an hour presentation.  well worth it.  we didn't buy the time share but got a great weekend out of it.  i'm hoping this will be the same? we could use the free flight and car rental.
