My husband has been getting the same letter from  Resort Notification Department  801  Brickell Ave, Suite  900, Miami Fl   (diff phone number) 888-882-1546.

I did a property search on the address.  There is an office building in Miami at this address however at this
time Suite 900 is VACANT!!   Just beware - I wouldn't call them.

I don't have any outstanding debt so why would my name be on a collection agency's list.  Should I be worried about identity theft?

Collection agency: Miller Law. They send letter as they do not have your phone # - once you call, they don't need to answer as their caller id brings up all info from your phone #. Also use  888-882-1546.

We just got the stupid letter too.  We recently booked a room at Conrad Hilton, Miami, which, I think, is somewhere around Brickell.  Until then, we did not receive these letters, we've never been to Miami, and have never owned a timeshare.

I received the same letter with same phone number (888) 433-3810. I have never called it though.How do they determine who to target? This is also my final 2012 notice. I really wish these people would stop wasting trees! I am also an Alabamian.

I received the same letter, directed to my father, who passed away several years ago.  "Final 2012 Notification."  Thanks for the info....I won't bother checking into it.  I didn't recall him having a time share anyway!

So I keep getting these letters too. I have never had a timeshare in my life, but hey! I now have the opportunity to travel to my resort without the obligation of paying Maintenance Fees!!! Whee. Stupid scams. Anyway, the phone number on the latest letter is (888) 433-0280. I wish they gave me the address of my timeshare so we could go on vacation. LOL!!!
