I have received two calls from this number today and I decided to not answer them both times since I was at work but I just now tried calling the number back again and I got a busy signal.

Great idea.  Next time they call I will drag the conversation out as long as possible.

Asking, demanding, begging and reasoning with these losers is FUTILE. A new tactic is needed, simply say yes I am (whoever they are looking for) and let them ask their questions replying yes no etc and do your best to keep them on the line. Telemarketer rodeo is the name, keeping them "on the line" the longest is the game. Time is money to these fools, the more time you waste of theirs, the less profitable they are. Do your part to make the world better and keep them talking.

Post on here how long you stayed on the phone with them, longest time wins.

8888178517.  Obviously a drug company.  I receive a minimum of 5 calls daily.  I have repeatedly asked them not to call.  They do not understand.

11 Calls since July 25 including 6 just today.  I have reported them to Do Not Call.

This number calls home phone (on no call list) every day either 10:30am or 11:30am. No one says anything and if I don't answer, they don't leave a message.

Three times today already I have received calls from this 888-817-8517 - How can we stop this??????

I get two or more of these calls each day for a Peggy. I have no Peggies in my acquaintance. It may be a debt collection call. I have spoken to the people three times to tell them these are nuisance calls and that I am not Peggy and they do not desist. They also started asking health questions that I will not answer.They also start asking health questions that I will not answer. I said to take me off their list and they still keep calling and wake me up every morning with it and then at least twice more every day. Now their tactics have changed and they leave no messsage; if I call back to tell them to knock it off, I have to leave a message. I just filed a complaint with the FCC at www.fcc.gov. Perhaps if the government gets enough complaints on this number, they will do something to make these horrible people stop.

Ask for Ami Remming.  Say they are Discount Health.  Ask if she is taking certain medicine.  Tell them again, I don't know her, so I don't know!

called and have been told 3 days in a row not to call again.  this time I told them they were being traced and reported, and then I 'screeched' (not yelled, not screamed ha ha) as loud as I could into the receiver...DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN!!!!  am keeping a written list as well as on caller ID history.  but I guess this site is only for others' reference**, not for any kind of retribution, right?  but there are soooo many numbers, what good does that** even do?

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from this # and They never leave a message. How did they get this # anyway and who is calling. I only have my friends and family"s numbers in my phone and have only given out my # on the computer for very few things. Itr makes me mad when they call and never leave a message. Thank You.

These people have been pestering me for weeks. Sometimes when I answer they just hang up. When someone has spoken I tell them I am not interested, take my number off their list, and never call me again. Today is 7/18/2011. We will see if they got the message.

called me 2 times within 3 hours.  after i told them that i am on the do not call list and NOT to call again.  i have reported them tom the FCC

They called me on my cell three times today - 12:19pm, 12:50pm, 3:28pm.  I don't know then so I did not answer.  No voicemail left.

called me 7 times already. asked if i had taken some drug...because it has new found side effects. because i don't take any prescriptions i asked them to stop calling me.

Yes, I have been getting phone calls from these people for a week.  They are out of MA.  and after telling them everyday to stop calling I called them back.  Asked for the Company name and they stated it was Discount Health.  Can't locate the company yet, but I'm not done with them.
