They call about 5 times a day, at all hours, I never answer cause I don't know who it is.  Its really annoying.

They call me everyday and its really starting to piss me off

just got a call from the # it was silent for about 5 seconds and some one said okay okay thank you for your time.

On a lark, I called it back. It was answered by a computer who said it was Hybrid Call Center and asked me to press 1 if I was interested in a free vacation. Needless to say, I didn't venture further into their system.

Don't answer unless I know caller.  I am and have been on the Federal DoNotCall list since 08-2003.  Go Figure!  Ok listen up everyone - well you know what I mean, as Read up, sounds dumb!

Go to DoNotCall.gov and click on file a complaint.  You do NOT have to be on the do not call list to do this.  The information will be listed in their files, which they check for patterns.   They WILL investigate and Prosecute when they see patterns, meaning lots of complaints regarding the same number(s)!

You can also go to FTC.gov and file a more detailed complaint!  They investigate same as donotcall.gov; if there are lots of complaints for the same numbers!

Does anyone have problems with bothersome pain in the ____Collection Agencies?  Please read up on the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  You can give them written notice to Cease Communication, and per Federal Law, they have to comply!   I am not an Attorney, I am just telling you what I've learned and had success in doing.

I got a call from the same number just now. Its from a company that wants to invite you to a time share presentation. Usually they get your number from filling out the cards at the mall to "win a car or $50k." It's lame. I entered in a drawing two years ago and am still (occasionally) getting calls from them, even after I ask them to take my name off the list. Oh well.

Every day and driving me crazy!  I picked up once and said hello.  Nobody replied.

I know my phone should be off in school,    But it rang and now the principal has a new cell phone and I have none.  I am on the no call list so please find this company and string them up. Thanks

Really, well if it is a sure thing then why did they call my house two times under two different numbers??  They're pathetic and so is anyone that chooses to not see any irony here.  866-303-3751 did the same crap.  You don't have to spoof if you're not cheating anyone.

If they're not a scammer/swindler, why don't they show what they title theirself on every caller ID?  It's not anything like camping or crashing on a friends couch, because for one thing it has something to do with your credit.  Two, why would a company give out $75.00 (to anyone) without a catch?

are you an idiot? who would sit through something for people that call your house over and over again. you must work for them, pretty pathetic you turn to this to put your business out there. most people have jobs and lives and cannot go to these kind of things anyway, so for you saying we should try this out for $75,lol, get a job!

I've been getting these calls for months now...I've never encountered a live human or even a machine...just dead silence.  If you're a Coloradan, go to www.coloradonocall.com and file an official complaint.  They'll tell you on that site your options for taking them to court.  If they get enough complaint, the state will tak action

They called me on Monday morning at 9AM Colorado time.  Asked for me (I always pretend to be someone else when I answer, in order to weed out calls like this.  A woman asked for me by name (first and last).  When I said that I was not home, and could I take a message, the woman said "This is about a prize for a drawing he was in, so there's no message.  I'll call back later", and then hung up the phone.  I expect to hear from then again by noon.

If you've ever filled out a form to win a car/ATV/etc at the mall, or some other similar gimmick, you've in essence agreed to be solicited by sponsors and partners of that giveaway. IIRC, that overrides the do not call list since you've provided that information for that purpose (read the fine print on those cards).

Another google search said it was worldmark trendwest - a Timeshare company.  Their presentation is awesome, but they are high pressuring.
We were not home, and they did not leave a message.  We have been on Fed do-not-call list since 2003.

Please file complaints with donotcall.gov they will prosecute if they see a pattern, or a lot of the same numbers being complained about!!!

This 888 number is indeed World Mark. They bought out Trend West. Here's a direct number for these guys: 1-208-433-0160. (They're in Idaho, by the way.) Call them directly to complain about the calls.

You must work for World Mark. No one else would say this but the scammer himself or one of his associates. Turn yourself in before you are arrested.

I have been called 6 times today and I picked up and a women answered I told here that I am on the do not call list. And all of a sudden her voice changed to either a recorded voice aha or sure. When they called last week a man picked called and i told him to put on the list and he said he would.

The scariest thing is this is my cell phone-

these a**les are violating the colorado state law. my phone number is now and has allways been on the colorado no call list and they still call. i called them told them to put me on their do not call list and then i told them if they called i would come down there cut them into little pieces and then burn the little pieces and send them to hell. and yet they still call

If you really want them to stop calling, schedule a meeting with them and don't show up.  They hate that.

Tyler at World Mark said -NO- to my request to be removed from the do not solicit list.  Time to add this phone number to the bumper.  This type of behavior is a crime and should be punished in the form of HUGE FINES.

I think this is World Mark... or whatever their newest name is.  They are a timeshare company (or however they market it).  They offer a prize for qualifying people (hence the ??'s about income).  I tried it once and honesty I loved it - I got a $75 gift card to BestBuy (prizes vary, so negotiate) and sat through a presentation that really didn't have a lot of pressure associated with it.  My sales guy gave up on me pretty quick when he realized I like really cheap vacations (like camping while eating PB&J sandwiches OR crashing on friends couches).  If you take this approach the sales associate will probably get you out as quick as possible so they can get the next guy in the seat.  I'd actually recommend trying it out.

They kept asking for my husband. Twice now he's actually talked to them. They called in the last two days three times and talked to him twice in those times. They asked him if he made over $35000. They asked him if he was 21 or over. They told him he entered a drawing to win a car or $50000. But he never did I never did. This time he requested them to quit calling.

I called and got thru..  Answer Machine says "Thank you for calling the Hybrid call center"
