this time the call came in at 2 in the afternoon MST but have had them call at various times on various days.  sometimes very unreasonable hours and always a hangup within seconds.

These people called us at 6:30am on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Unbelievable! We did not answer the phone.

I called it back and the voicemail box was conveniently full. And to add to that the recording said for more options stay on the line, then I was disconnected. Pretty awesome if you ask me.....

Calls me about once per day.

Called my cell phone.  I do not know the party.  They call at least once per day - sometimes more often.

I am sick and tired of these people calling.  Today they called 3 times in 10 minutes.  I don't answer numbers that aren't identified or return calls when there is NO message.  How can we get our number removed from this data base?  Any ideas?

Can you say "No call list" stupid!!

These people have called me numerous times and never say anything it is always silence.  I have called the number back and asked to be put on there Do-Not-Call list 4 times.  They have hung up on me twice.  They call at all hours almost once a day and Im sick of it.

I received 2 calls from these guys within 2 minutes of each other. Just started getting these in the last couple days even though we have been on the DNC list for awhile.

I've been getting calls from these people for months. I asked to be taken off their call list and they said they had to have my name in order to oblige. They are still calling. I even put my number on the "no call registery" and they continue to call. We need to find out more about this class action lawsuit!!!

I have been bothered by Grand Give Away promotions for months and this phone number - 888 823 6067. Who on this forum or outside this forum would like to join me in a possible class action against this company? Please email: contact@misterphoton.com  if you are interested. I have spoken with a attorney whom is confident there is legal recourse, and the more the better.

I have been complaining directly to the company to no avail, as well as the FCC complaint form which has not yielded yet either. Thanks for your time, Nick

keep getting calls from them too,,,,dial *57 after they hang up or the dialing stops and the fcc will be notified,,it may caost you on your bill but after so many complaints the fcc will go after them for harrassment,,they will tell them in writing in first tehn take action after that if they continue,,,remember *57 but i would check my local phone company to make sure they have the option

This number calls my cell phone everyday.  When I answer the phone no one is there.  Apparently I am on an automatic redialer!  I have called the company and each time they say they will take my number off the list.  2 months later I am still getting calls.

Ok I got a call from these people and they actually gave me there spieal then I told them no and to stop calling me. They accidently called me on a number 1-866-718-9720 which a live person acutally answers 7 times out of 10. I have told these people to quit calling 3 times and they say they will and they never do. I have reported them and been on the do not call list and they still call me all the time now only in the PM.

Calls a few times every month for the last few months. We never pick up.

I am another lucky customer.  I get called by this # everyday 2 to 3.  I have called them back 3 times and left messages to be placed on their do not call list, now they call and hang up.  I have filed a complaint with the FCC.

This number has been calling us almost every day for the last 5-6 weeks! When I answer, there is nothing for 5 seconds, then it hangs up. I called back the number, several time, left voicemails to have my number removed from the system, but without success. I think I will file a police report about them.

repeated calls to various numbers on the national and state do not call lists to they obviously only use those lists to obtain numbers to call.  told repeatedly they will remove my numbers from their lists.  
SUGGESTION:  keep a very loud whistle used by mountain hikers handy and once you know it's this number calling let them have it.

Call the Customer Care department at 866 812 5561 (try ext 270) and talk to someone there.  Also, file a complaint on the FCC website.  This is nuts!

I started receiving phonecalls from this company 2-4 times a day on my work line around 6 weeks ago (unsolicited).  The first 2 times I received calls, I asked to be removed from the list.  Since then, the call simply hangs up when I answer (I was told by a rep that they have automatic dialers).  Everytime I call this number, I am sent to a voicemail box for the promotions department. The times that I have been fortunate enough to get through to someone -- only by entering random numbers when instructed to leave a message or dial the extension of the person trying to reach, I have been assured that I have been removed from the list.  This never happens.  I once was given the number of the "Customer Care" department and just today spoke with someone named "Kim".  That office's number is 866-812-5561 (and her ext is 270).  I encourage you to do the same.  I also filed a complaint on the FCC website today and suggest you also do this.  This is insane and needs to stop!

i have this number along with tons of others that call me everyday. i had my number on facebook for a while but only visible to friends and my friends r only people i knew so maybe dont do that?

I get at least 3 calls a day from this number.  It's been going on for at least 4 months now.  Today I answered, no one was there and the phone diconnected.  I called the number and reached a voice mail box with a woman's voice thanking me for calling and asking me to leave a message.  I asked to be placed on their "no call list".  Let's only hope they have one.

Holy cow--according to everyone reporting this number it's some grand give away promotion scam.  BUT -- my call came in on my cell at 4:30 a.m. woke me from a sound sleep and just ruined my nights sleep wondering if any of my family needed my help.  NO BODY CALLS ME AT THAT TIME OF THE MORNING!   How in the world can we stop these calls??!
