Caller ID just says "toll free". Message on answering machine said that they were having difficulty communicating w/ my digital cable equipment and to call the same number to schedule a complementary service call. Cable was working when I got home, so I didn't call back.

Who is this, they call about every other day-It's usually when I'm working and they leave no message. Usually when I call back it's a busy signal or "hold music" forever. I don't pick up if I don't know the number but I think it's rude and annoying
