Left voice mail Saying jenny mack had a meeting on tuesday and needed my side of the story...Never said who she was with and when I called back I got the answering machine and just said the office of jenny mack.

Exactly the same message that Steve recieved.  I have no dealings with this person.

Exactly as the above, but I called her back from my work phone and now she keeps calling my work also!

Same story- said she had a "case" but she is not stating she is a lawyer or anything. Wants to hear "my side of the story" before her meeting.

I recieved a call from janie mack, she was very helpful in resolving my credit issues, I wish more people would be helpful like her, she explained how everything works! Thank you janie for all of your help

I recieved a call from this number, I spoke with a janie mack.  I was amazed how helpful she was, not too many people out there nowdays that spend time explaining the situation and was actually very helpful in my situation, wish more people were as kind as she was. Answered every question I had and resolved my problem.

Wow. after reading all of these comments, I am shocked to find out that you all arent willing to work with her. Out of all of the agencies I have worked with she has been the most helpful, she helped me figure out a way so I was able to take advatage of a settlement and helped me make a pymt arrangment. My friend got a call from the same company and the individual she was stuck with was a complete jerk and wasnt given the same options I was, now Im not sure if it was because Jainie was the manager and had higher authority but my friend is now getting sued. So if you have the option to work with her I certainly would, she understood my horrible situation, my husband left me after i was hurt in the military and understood my financial situation so if you get her, you are lucky and if you have the option to get your case transferred to her, Id try it becausee its worth it.

Same as all above. Even my mother who I don't live with or near received a call from this number asking for me with the same story. I even had a call come in at my work leaving a message to call back with a name (can't remember the name). I have debt in collection but haven't answered this number to see what they actually want. I am guessing it is just a scare tactic to collect a debt and since the economy sucks so much, I am in no hurry to take care of it! Food and rent come first!!! Not the banks who have ripped us off and purposefully kept us in debt.

Got a call from what I understood is a Jenny Mack, said Hi I'm calling for (my name) you need to call the offices of Jenny Mack, I need your version of your pending case, I have a meeting on monday, then she leaves this number (I have no case nor have I been sent anything from this office, I do have a few debts though) Do I call back or no?

My call sounds the same...A woman left a voice mail said Jamie Mack needed a call back to "get your side of the story". She also said she had a meeting on Monday...I have no open cases on me...this is some sort of scam...

rec. phone call today from jimmy mac,was told to get back to him about a case that was to be on monday?when i called back at the number the voice on the other end just said hello,did not state a buisness name or anything like that and when i asked who i was speaking to they said jimmy mac.i think this is a 3rd party collection agency.i`am involved with a debt consolidation company so i think they are calling from one of the credit card companys trying to get a payment from me without dealing with my debt consolidation lawyer.

Forgot to add, this Jamie or Janie Mack woman said that they have sent me two letters.  I have never received any letters and told her as much.  She said they haven't gotten anything back.  She said they were sent out April 7 and 27.  Anyone else experience this too?

Left a voice mail message saying that she had a meeting on a certain day and that this needed to be taken care of right away.  Told her I didn't know if I could get the money or not, it was over $1000.  Called her the day she wanted me to and she immediately asked what I found out about the money.  I told her I could get it, she said good.  I told her I wanted to send a check, she told me that wouldn't work.  I said how about a check by phone, she said no it has to be a debit card.  Red flags are going off all over the place but this is a valid debt and I want to take care of it before it gets worse.  So stupidly I give her the debit card number, long story short, I went to the bank the next day and closed out my account.  A couple days later, when she's supposed to have my money I get a phone call saying that I need to call her RIGHT AWAY!  I never call her back, then I start receiving calls from an Al Sloop at 1-888-831-5106.  I never called him either.  Then just today I receive another call from Jamie or Janie or whatever her name is saying that she has a meeting tomorrow.  Now before she told me I had to pay it all right now.  Now she's telling me I can make a down payment and then pay the rest over a six month period.  I don't understand that at all.  She told me that I can Western Union it, but I don't know if I should or not, can anyone help me?  By the way the comments that gtp and Steve left are exactly what she did to me too.
