I got a call from a blocked number but to call them back at 714.798.7926. stating that they will be delivering paperwork and some one needs to be home as well. When I called I spoke to a Carl Thomas who says that my CC Company is going to sue me and that I need to make a payment to avoid legal fees. I called the original CC Comany and they said that my account was sent to this Collection Agency, to make a long story short the number they told me to call was 949.800.7230 and that's the supervisors number which i have a voice mail from Kim Burns with NFR who told me that the number is their supervisors number. I'm not sure where to go from here because EVERYTHING is so confusing! I don't know who is who since obviously the numbers are different and my CC Company told me that once they write off and send to a collection agency then they have no handle on what the others do. Please help!

hear is all the info you are waiting for. as we all know nationwide financial residual is no longer taking calls.... come to find out that same mike benson and brian lewis and cheree wright are at national finace recovery. they are useing the same company to make calles in refferance to delivering documents.. the number to reach them at is 949-800-7230 and 888-829-1933 they will say they are a different company but they arent.........

got the same call... same message as well. i called back n talked someone.. they are not a law firm they are a debt collection company. the dont like to fallow the FDCPA either. they are not alout to say case num if they have not intent to sue. i will keep you posted and how far i get with them

Got the same call Sunday- stating I need to call a Mike Bensen at 888-826-6208 about a case number and that the were trying to deliver some documents to me between 8am-4:30pm will someone be home to accept them.

Received a message from a lady that claims that I need to call Mike Benson @ 888-826-6208 (Some company called RSS, which doesnt even register under google and the phone # is unlisted mobile number) regaring a case # on an old credit card debt because that have to deliver documents to me. I have been scammed before and its the same old song and dance. They wont give their contact information and somehow have all of my private information. All i can say is dont respond or give any informaiton. Fool me once the first time, shame on you. Fool me again, shame on me.
