He will lie to your clients, then he will settle the debt for 60% and KEEP all of it. If you sign with him you will be giving him 100% of what he collects because he NEVER accounts for a penny and NEVER sends the money. He specializes in ripping off trade schools.

He is calling my son currently. I just talked to him and he stated that he is calling from the Countys clerk office and someone is filing a civil suit against my son. Guy sounds weird.

First he calls under Ray Klopp and threatens with time constraints - less than 48 hours etc. Claims he's from the county clerks office etc. Sent him a certified letter to cease all contact immediately at home & work. Now a month later he calls under the alias of Chase Kirkwood - Private Investigator. I am definitely contacting the attorney general in our state. This guy is abusive & nasty - beware.

Ray Clark called me saying he was the county clerks office filing a law suit. First its a federal offense to impersonate an officer of the court..This dude needs a wake up call from the federal government..let's see who he calls from a jail cell. It doesn't have anything to do with me,was calling for a family member..

I would like for these phone calls and lies to stop, especially calling me at work.

Ray Clark keeps calling my home number saying to have myself or my attorney contact him.  He claims he is calling from the County Clerks Office from the number  888-835-3630
I returned his called & instructed him to quit calling

This Ray guy called me today and harrassed me about some pay day loan from 2007 that we don't owe.  They refuse to mail me any imformation and he got mad at me and told me to go back to smoking crack!  He said he his filing against us at county courthouse but can't give me any information about the bill.  He finally said it was from 2007 to cash.net.  Whatever!  That should make an interesting court case!

I know what you mean. My advice to you is to write a letter to Attorney General in your town, and also sent a letter with all details to the FBI, because I am sure this people a doing ilegal business. Yes, dont be afraid about what they say to you. You right, if they have your phone number, they may have your address, then a real collection agency will NOT be doing what they do to you....dont call them back, they can not be taken to jail even if the debt ic true...dont answer ,,is a very discusting for them.

so this ray guy has been harrassing my family and friends...who knows how he even got their numbers. He has made threats talking about me going to jail or contempt of court if i did not return his phone calls. Seriously what kind of drug is he on? If there's a matter at hand that needs to be discussed.... simply say so...making threats and lies is not going to make someone want to call you back. I have also read other posts about ray clopp under other numbers on this site and im a little taken back like should i even call this guy back? He's making threats to my mom and brother telling them my business... i dont know but this guy, company whatever its just a little weird. I'm pretty sure people will say "pay your bills, pay your bills" but i dont even owe anything to my knowledge and im not about to give up money to some random guy who has like 3 other aliases. I mean now a days really who asks someone for their full ssn over the phone? A scammer thats who.... someone who is not who they claim to be...someone like ray clopp, ray klopp, ray clark whatever. Maybe he is real, he's trying to collect a debt...why have not received documentation?
