Called repeatedly claiming she was going to serve papers on a particular employee. Called continuously over and over wanting to speak to our HR Manager. Would not take voice mail. Would not send email. Would not give her company name. Finally, I told this woman that it is illegal in the state of CA to contact someone at their work place regarding debt collection (though she never said that) and that it is even more illegal to harrass a third party (me, the HR Manager, the "Manager"). This did not deter her. My IT Director will block this number from calling us again. Wish I knew the name of the company.
