I've received hundreds of calls. Every time they call I don't answer but do call back right away just to see if they'd answer. A Hindu answered and I asked them what the numerous calls are for and what they do/who they are. He asked "to whom is it I am speaking", I repeated myself and as did he. Also stating that he is NOT obligated to answer any questions until I reveal my identity. Screw that, you call me several times a week and when I call you with questions, you won't answer them? RIDICULOUS!!!!

left message saying they were going to "make a decision" on my claim by the end of the day.since i do not have any unpaid bills - i am not even calling back but blocking the number.

Got a call, and the guy was a prick.

Stated I was scared, and he was looking for someone.  

I wasn't that person, so he started in a rant.

Hung up before I got too crazy.
