I just got the same call.. Her name was Katelynn.. she said that she is the State Processor for the state of Alabama.. she never gave me her last name.. I am NOT calling her back.. is this a scam??

These suckers keep calling making threats that are illegal to do. I do not have any idea what or whom they are referring to.

The have threatened to have me arrested at least 10 times in the last 2 years.. Needless to say, it has never and will never happen...
Remember, it is illegal for a collector to threaten action that they do not intend or have the authority to take. They will also illegally contact 3rd party contacts and disclose information that is untrue and that they are not authorized to disclose. REPORT THEM! I DID!

I got the same call from this number saying I had pending charges for fraud. They said they would come after me at my place of business or my home..I was contacted like this about 4 months ago
and I actually talked to the guy and told him to come to my house and serve me and I will have the police waiting there with me if it was legit and he never showed....SCAM!!

these people called said they were investigators and were sending me a summons etc. SCAM!
