What to do if RPM began to garnish your wages with out notice. They will come and send papers in the form of Dept of education.

I have had 10 calls from 240-210-7110 in the past five days.  They are looking for someone I have never hear of before.  I finally got someone to say they had taken my cell phone off their list and they would stop calling within 24 hours.  I demanded to speak with a supervisor. Her name was Yadra.   Tanner was the rep from RPM who was also rude on the phone.  They provided an escalation # but the mailbox is full so you cannot register a complaint.  I will now be taking my grievance to the Better Business Bureau.  My cell phone is unlisted.  This is ridiculous.

I received a phone call from 240-210-7111 & when I answered it was a automated message that left me on hold for about 8 min.

When a live person came on the line he was very rude & started asking me personal questions at which time I told him it is Illegal to call someone &  "Phish" for personal information & asked him to identify the company he was representing. He rudely refused using statements like "shut up' & listen" & "I'm doing the talking here" so I hung up the line.

After that I called the number back & asked for the name of the company & to speak with a manager & this time I was hung up on.

I called back again & finally got someone who gave me the 888-838-5123 phone number which just went to a unidentified voice-mail. I plan on filling a complaint with the FCC!

They call me at least once everyday at work & 4 or 5 times on my cell phone.I talk to a lady & she said I had to pay that day & kept asking for my bank info. When I would not give her my info she got really mad. They have not called my work since then, but they still call my cell phone everyday.

If you receive a call from RPM - Receivables Peformance Collection Agency.  Do not pay them.  They are a scam.  They are also very rude.  They have called our house every month for the last 6 months.  Each month it is a different first name but the same last name.  My husband and I became very suspcious of this.  Not only that we do not owe anyone.

I returned a call (caller ID) to 866-212-7408 because the caller was very rude!  He would not tell me what company he was calling for and very rudely said that he wanted to talk with my son (who hasn't lived with me for 20 years.  After I asked him again what company he belligerently said that he wanted to talk to my son.  I then hung up.  When I called the above number to register a complaint I was automatically transferred to Ron Dale at RPM. He gave me the 888-838-5123 number and told me that he was located in Seattle, Washington and that he worked for RPM. Mr. Dale led me to believe that he would handle the rude caller that had harassed me but after reading all of the comments about this company I wonder.
