there is an option to file a complaint, but would think that would not be a good idea as you must leave contact info, just what they want.  I advise NOT answering the phone when they call as that confirms at least they have a working number and then will bombard you with additional calls.

Got a call from this number. The guy on the phone claimed to be Bernie Brady, and he was from West Essex Management Company. Apparently they are a collection agency and they are looking for a Mr. Robert William Prince, who is giving out my number as his personal contact number. Clearly Mr. Robert W Prince is a crook. On top of that, when I did *69, the number that called me actually is 208-515-7471. I filed a complaint with the FTC. I suggest you do the same by calling 888-382-1222

They left a message on a voice mail on an online number I have saying "West Asset Management, a collection agency to collect a debt." The number they called isn't associated with anything or anyone. So they called and are trying to scare people into giving them personal information I guess.. LOL

This company leaves me automated messages about a debt from 2009.  They start at 8:10 a.m. and call in p.m as late as 10 p.m on a Saturday or Sunday.  (My insurance co told me I do not owe anything)  I have tried talking to them but they hand up.  I tried calling them back to explain only to have them hang up on me again.  I'd like to stop these Harrassing calls.

The other number is spoofed so you can't figure out who they are by normal channels (ie, 411)

urgently needed to contact him,...now that scared a mom for sure.

called my daughers number and left a meessage for me. welll they can f-off. caling my child for me is a no-no and i have informed the bbb and have initiated a complaint for a debt that is not even mine.

Rec'd message from West "Asset" Management (first word definitely West, but the middle was somewhat inaudible).  Ret'd call and they would not give information -- only that I had an oustanding deb that I needed to pay and they needed information from me - again, would not give the name of the owner of the debt.  Just hung up -- strangely enough started rec'ing these about 6 wks ago after about a 4-5 month absence of calls.  Everytime it is a different company, mostly foreign accents, with exchanges across the country, and they cannot provide information and refuse to send anything in the mail.

My son doesn't owe and debts.

Called me from 281-738-3924 and left a message.  Have been calling and just hanging up.  Debt collector.

These people called my parents saying they were with some sort of property management group, but when I called them back they wanted personal information about myself saying their name was Jamie with West Asset Collection or something. Every time they said the name of the company it was inaudible. I promptly argued that they lied to my parents to get a hold of me and they started the conversation over again as if to delete that comment from their recordings. I stated that they lied again and that I would be calling the BBB and they hung up on me. -WARNING- DON'T NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Called me through a spoof number and gave me their real return call number. I told the person I do all my business through the mail only. Then I blocked their new number, again.

Had message on answering machine from Allstat (?) Management Co. that they are a collection company and to call this number. She didn't ask for any name and she didn't give her's either. Guess they don't know that we have no outstanding debts. Most likely a scam and these people should be caught and put in prison.

Got this call and could not hear in the message who it was. Something "blank blank management".

They would not tell me anything about the company.  Only that they had a "personal business matter to discuss" with my son.  Do they really think I am going to tell him to call them?  duh!

A recorded call came into my workplace office. The secretary tried to ask a question, but, again it was a recorded message. The message identified themselves a West (inaudible) Management and I was to call a Heather Gray back at ext 709. I find this interesting as only those who work with me have my work phone number

These lovely people just called my work again! I had called the number back last week and told them that they were calling a business and it needs to stop. Today's caller, who didn't even get my name right, did not want to accept that she could not call here and was whining about "this is the only . . . . " I didn't hear the rest as I hung up. T

They called my work just now for a co-worker of mine.  We work in an operating room. Unacceptable!

I answered my phone only to get a repititous recorded message that stated something like, "please hold for a very important phone call." I have gotten this call probably everyday for a week now. I did not hang up this time bcause I wanted to speack with the human morons behind this invasion of privacy.

Finally some jerk got on the phone asking for my wife by name. I identified myself and asked what he wanted. He stated to tell me that he needed information from me. I told him, "no way, I want information from you!" He absolutely refused to give me any information. I told him I was hanging up. He stated they would keep calling back. I informed him he could call "until hell freezes over" he would get no information from me!

In these days of identity theft do these idiots think we are that stupid?

They call me no less than 5 times a day... And they say the same thing to me "please hold for an important business matter". I don't have time for this. Call me then put me on hold? No. I don't know who they are or what they want. But, what I do know is that they are quite annoying!

These people just called me  did not leave a message. They continue to call and never leave a message, a few minutes later an unknown number calls in, I do not answer. They are annoying, they have called at least 10 times a day even on Sunday morning, and on Memorial day.... Still dont know who they are.

This company has called me twice now. Once saying they were a collection agency - just a message.  They just called me again and I prentended not to be me. He said they need to discuss a "personal business matter" with me.  He gave the number and his name is Travis Cole.

They call non-stop throughout the day from different numbers. Very rude and very annoying!

Bills are paid creep - quit calling

Lost Asset Management, they called from a different DID but this is the call back number, I called in after they left a message on my office Voicemail.  They could not find my name or numbers in their system.

Best thing to do is to make multiple calls to their toll free number so they pay some $ on them. :)  Well at least it makes me feel better.
