All they care about is the money they can make off the hardship of another human being.  It is so sad, we are already in a horrible situation, do you think we wanted to fail, go in debt loss all we have,that we worked so hard to get. I put in 25 years of my blood sweat and tears to build a small business, only to have lost it to the economy, and taxes, local, state and federal, unemployment tax, workmens comp. Liability, and medical insurane for employee. By the time I was done, I didn't have money for my own expenses..I worked to pay everyone else.  what a shame that our country is in such a state that there are so many scammers out there now trying to take what ever they can praying on the hardship of others. I struggled hard not to let this happen, I could not stop the spiral that spun out of my control...and now I have these people calling all my family, friends, and scaring them, harrassing them and making everyone worrie about me and giving out my personal information to people telling them they have a summons out on me....What horrible people , you know where I am you obviously ran a profile/credit/criminal report on my to get all the friends, relative and address so why call them, why not call me. You have all my information, I am not in hiding.,,  I ran my own profile/people search on my self and found all this information...I put my name in Google and my information comes up right away.  Why call other people who live on the other side of the USA to get info on me. Deal with me not my family and friends..............What uncompassionate people, what has this world come too. I didn't mean for this to happen, I lost my business, my income, my dignaty, and now I am in debt and don't know what to do to get out of it.  I have not been able to find a job in over a year....though I am looking everyday.  BACK OFF give me room to breath ,let me find a job then let me pay payments don't harrass me. you can't get blood out of a stone. :-(

Call is from Lansky, Gold and Roth, Inc. They are a debt collection agency out of Anaheim, CA. Trying to collect a debt and will do you a "favor" by stopping service of a lawsuit if you settle on the phone. Asked for proof of the debt and so far have not received anything even though they said they would email me right away.

Yeah they are trying to collect old debts.  The caller says he has a summons and you will need to call this number to speak to someone about the summons immediately. Its just another lying debt collector.

The original caller called restricted and told me to call this number in question. Gave me a case number and told me to call the number immediately.
