I got the phone call from dish saying I need to return their equipment or pay the bill but I still have service and I already payed my bill, I was so tired of getting these phone calls that I called back and waited over an hour to talk to the manager or supervisor or whoever the hell they put on the phone and he said I shouldn't be getting the phone calls and he'll stop them. Two days later they called back with the same thing saying I need to return the equipment so finally I just canceled the service (they charged $200 for that) and then I just got time warner. But in my opinion I think dish is just money hungry.

Oh it's not Dish it's a scam. I am a Dish customer and I have autopay that takes care of my bill every month over the last 2 years. I received 3 calls from this number and it says that my card is expired and I have to call right away to keep my service????? My card expires 2015 there is no way!!! So I called Dish and they have no idea and said they aren't calling me.

Message from Dish for another name claiming that to reactivate dish account choose option to pay.  Was tired of receiving calls so pressed "0" till actually talked to person.  Person still claiming to be from Dish. Person was unprofessional. When told I was receiving calls on behalf of someone else, unknown and wanted them to stop calling me. He became a fast talking person, saying ok ok without asking any questions as to name of person or number I wanted them to stop calling. It is so obvious that this is another scam.  I seem to be receiving more and more on my cell phone weekly if not daily.  We pay a lot of money for cell phone accounts and this is really not acceptable and can end up causing me to rethink the advantages of a cell phone and privacy.

have already completed our business when I closed my account and they have been trying to get me to renew my service.  

They called me today and didn,t even know why THEY had called me!!!!! I ask what they needed some woman said it could have been this or that. She didn,t even know why they had  called and she works for the company..I am well satisfied with direct.Much better company at least the people are a lot nicer and helpful.

that's why now I get someone's else calls for dish...smart advice here.  Let someone else deal with your problem right!

call was from dish said I owed a bill from October and disconnected my services until I pay it,really do they think I am stupid are they really going to let a bill go for 8 months beore they decide to collect on the bill I think not if your a day late with a payment they are calling and harassing for their money why would they  wait 8 months for this payment?

This number keeps trying to call my teenage daughters phone. They called three times in thirty minutes. Persistent much? She was in school, so she didn't answer. We've never had Dish and are not interested. Why they keep calling, I don't know, but it is so rude.

I don't have dish.the person that had my number before me did. I have told them this bi monthly for 6 months.now i just don't answer......................

It is Dish, I let my service go unpaid longer than they like...they want to keep the customer so they are just seeing if I plan on paying.  I am not on contract just month to month...

I got a call on my cell phone showing this number 888-846-7995.  I didn't reconize this number so that is why I pulled it up here to see who's number it was.  People on here was saying it was dish. I have Dish and I contacted Dish and asked them if this was there number or was it spam.  They said this number 888-846-7995 was not there number.

Dish Network keeps calling me repeatedly and when I answer I am immediately put on hold with an electronic message telling me to please hold for the next available representative. I get put on hold more than enough when I call them. I will not answer my own phone and be put on hold for anyone.

   We also have been getting these calls as well. For your Information Both DISH  and DIRECT TV are the Same Company. They have been that way for some time Now. Direct Tv Bought Dish Network but for Some reason they Haven't Upgraded there Customer Service with people that Actually give a S*** about people. They just Harass you all the time.

Keep getting calls from 888-846-7995 dish network - don't have dish.  wish that they would stop calling my number all hours of the day.

on disability, was having trouble paying Dish, was told from start, I could make changes anytime, there was no contract. Now they turned off alot of channels, so I went to Comcast. Called and told them I disconnected them, was told I owed $400 +, I tried to cancel in 2012. Said I was in a Contract, so I waited till the last minute, the amount to get out of the Contract (which I was not suppose to have) should of been about $40.00.  Now it's outrageous. They are rude, lie, and argue with you.

Simply go to their website ,  sign on  and change your phone number on your profile with dish.   You can change your phone numbers on your profile at dish at anytime.   Change it to your fake fone number!
Result?   No more phone calls from Dish!!

i got a new number but apparently the only person with this number was mexican, because i keep getting these calls from dish network IN SPANISH and i dont want to call them back because i'm afraid it'll just be some person speaking spanish!!!!!

I am so sick and tired of this call!!!!!  I haven't used Dish for over two years and they still call about an unpaid bill, but if I sign up then they will cancel the bill.  Is this a scam using Dish as a front?

Dish is the worst company ever. We switched to them because we thought we were saving money. I would rather pay more and get quality customer service and technical service. They wanted to charge me to send a tech out to fix a problem where our box was constantly losing signal. So after several months of this happening we cancelled knowing we would owe a $200 cancellation fee. They wouldn't waive it even though we had nothing but problems for an entire year. Then they sent us a box and return shipping labels. It costs $17.00 per label... even though they already charged $200 to cancel and we were leaving because we were unhappy. Now we get flyers and phone calls trying to get our business. No way! I could go on with the problems we had with Dish. Hopefully that fly by night company will go out of business soon. I don't know how they keep customers.

Dish how about sending the box you said you would provide me to send your equitment back as of yet

I moved into complex that provides FREE Direct TV, and Dish continues to harass me asking that I come back to them.  What don't they understand?  Geez!

Dish Network is very annoying when you cancel their service - they start calling and leaving voicemails about returning their equipment in the box they provide way BEFORE you even receive the stupid box.  How about giving the customer a chance to return the equipment before you start to harass them twice a day.  I am now questioning why I ever signed up with them in the first place.

Dish Network keeps calling me for a bill that is due and I have never used Dish Network.  The last time they called, before today, I told them that I don't use Dish Network and never have.  They said they would take my phone number off their list, but obviously didn't as they called again today.
