This is a scam phone number. They take out money from you checking account without approval. They go by the name of elegant technologys. When you call the number the have an machine that picks with an automated message that they are busy at the moment. They request you leave your name and phone number and they will call you back. Which they never do. I am going to call the FBI and  report these people. Check your bank account and see if you have any withdrawals of 28.99 . If you do contact your bank as soon as possible. Thanks
