I have been receiving calls from Mr. David at this number. I called him back, having NEVER spoken to him before and he speaks to me like I have been ignoring him for YEARS. It's a medical bill from April and JUST went to collections. He said it's in the final disposition and I MUST call him now. He's "scratching his head as to why I have let this go so long" Hello? You are a rude ass hole. Treat me like a human and I'll speak to you.

Just got a message on my home answering machine from CRS saying that there is a claim against me, along with a case #, and that I probably don't know about it, so I must call him back immediately, before it's too late.    When I google CRS, nothing comes up for that company, when I google the phone number, nothing comes up.  Just for the fun of it, my son called the phone # (from a different phone #) that the guy left, 1-888-856-7031 - a man answered, and just kept asking for the "case #", and when my son said he didn't know it, then the guy asked for the phone # of the answering machine where he had left the message and my son wouldn't tell him, and the guy hung up....

Did you receive anything IN WRITING (and  don't accept the "we mailed it & it came back" excuse).  Phone calls, emails & faxes mean nothing.  Also IF you were really in trouble, a process server would show up unannounced.  You would be told why & by whom the document was served.  There are plenty of ways to obtain your information on the internet.

Just received the same call from Mr. Glocker today. SOmething didn't seem right but he did have all my information (address, social security, DOB...what should I do?

I received one of these calls myself.  I think it is also BS.

Mr, Glocker office of CRS gave a case # and a bs line like this " a case has come across my desk that I'm not sure you are aware of. You need to contact me before the final disposition, called and got an out of office please leave a message. Cannot track this # back to a company.
