You are correct...This hole Obama care socialized medical care is a joke...You people think things are fair and difficult now...wait until the government gets to dicide if you live or die....
brian 2012-09-06 19:08:59 Unknown
Work harder...Nobody owes you anything. I work, I pay upfront, I get great care....that is how life works...you want things, then work for it...AGAIN, NOBODY OWES YOU ANYTHING!!!!

They keep calling for my daughter, who is only 5 months old. Can't they see that she was born there? And obviously not the one to contact for billing issues....

Miami Valley Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital calling about medical bill and insurance screw up
Abe 2011-06-06 21:06:04 Unknown
Got message to call them back via a reference number. Company not identified. Sounds strange. Hope they do not call back.
Chris 2011-06-06 21:06:04 Unknown
I can confirm. For me, it was Miami Valley Hospital and they were asking about a payment that crossed in the mail.

Like the rest of you, I've been getting bugged by these people since less than a week after I got the first bill - which wasn't even correct - good thing I didn't pay it! They always call my cellphone while I'm at work. I don't answer my cell at work unless there's a chance of it being an emergency. Since the computer always hangs up unless you respond, I had to come here to find out what it was. I paid my bill last week via credit card on Atrium's website and have the receipts to prove it. But I just got another call! Absurd! And most of it had been paid upfront anyway. Atrium - listen up - this is a good way to send patients elsewhere!

It is PHP Premier Health Partners, bill collection. Have been paying on the bill but still they call. Tried to call back but there was no answer both times I have tried to reach them.
tim 2010-12-30 15:25:59 Unknown
Agree this is excessive. Calling us for copay/deductible for services in the last month.
If they want paid so badly, they should publish and tell the patient BEFORE the procedure the cost and associated expenses. Do you walk into any other service provider without asking or knowing "how much does this cost?"
Maybe if people knew prices for procedures, the cost would come down from the exposure and competition.
just a thought

---This is one of many reasons why a single-payer healthcare system is desperately needed in this country...but is never going to happen...at least not in this lifetime.---
Please. A single-payer system would only make these problems worse because at least with PHP, you still maintain some control in your life in terms of your healthcare; with the government, forget it! They will dictate what you can and cannot eat, when you need to sleep, what exercises you will do and determine other "risk" factors in an attempt to save them money and they will shaft you if you don't do what they say. No thanks! I'd rather take my chances with PHP than the government who will run health care like they do the post office.

This is a recorded service from Premier Health Partners, Dayton, OH. I had an MRI in early May, got the bill just a few weeks ago. I paid $70 of the $180 bill because it's what I had. They called me Friday and wanted to know if I wanted to take care of the rest. I told them I had already set up a payment with my bank to be withdrawn on Monday, which I had. Today's Wednesday and they're already calling again! Relentless b*****ds. I'm going to take my sweet time paying off the rest of that bill and sending them straight to voicemail.

From their website:
"PHP makes great health care more accessible by bringing comprehensive care to strategic locations".
http://www.premierhealthpartners.org/
Apparently they *forgot* to include a statement that accessibility to great health care is contingent on a person's ability to pay up FRONT....
This is one of many reasons why a single-payer healthcare system is desperately needed in this country...but is never going to happen...at least not in this lifetime.

You want to hear a good one. In October I was to have surgery for a hernia repair, but three days before my surgery, pemier partners called to tell me what my share of the bill was before my insurance had paind or even been billed. they wanted $281.00 before my surgery. told them I was on fixed income and that i would wait to see the actuall insurance statements before paying any co-pays

Got a robocall from 888-856-9415 this morning (Christmas Eve no less) saying they had an important call. As I waited, robocall asked I wait a bit longer, then came back to say no one was available to talk. WTF! They called me...I can't wait until they call back because someone is not going to have a good Christmas. If this is Premiere, well F.U.

This happened to me - they turned me into collections after 11 days. Atrium and PHP are ridiculous jerks, and I'd like to see them go under.

Message is really weird. Called the number and "tried" to explain that my insurance had paid the bill. Girl was very rude and even got mad when I told her that I was not going to pay the bill. I asked her what her company was and she said they were an independent billing company, then when I pushed for more info she said they were a department of Premiere health. Finally she said she would send the bill back to Atrium for clarification.
What a bunch of dimwits.

Automated call stating to wait on line concerning "personal business". Call played music for about a minute, then the announcement "No agents are available to take your call".
Oddly enough, received call the day after Premiere Health admitted to billing errors amounting to several thousand dollars.

If I didn't like my doctor so much, I'd find another group. This is Premier Health Partners in Dayton, Ohio. (Miami Valley Hospital, Good Sam, and Atrium Medical, and the assorted doctors.) I had an x-ray at my doc's office on 2/12/09. Got the bill for my $30.00 co-pay on 3/4/09. Today is 3/5/09 and they are calling to collect. I think this is a little excessive.
cabrio 2008-12-04 17:25:23 Unknown
Verified this is Premier Health Partners - wanting to ensure we pay our bills on time. They want you to pay over the phone via debit or credit because apparently it takes three weeks for your check to post to a hospital's system. I wouldn't do it even if it is valid. They can wait for the check :)

Voice call was creepy. Called and asked and this is on a doctor bill. I asked since they charge so much and call every half hour why don't they have a live person. I started talking like a robot to them and they got confused and hung up LOL LOL

Itis Premier Health Partners in dayton ohio
nati 2008-09-24 14:11:04 Unknown
It's Premier Health Partners, it's the hospitals around Cincinnati (Atrium Medical Center, Good Sam). I'm guessing it's about my bill that I am paying on.
Spunky 2008-07-21 18:50:32 Unknown
Keep calling, I've had 3 today. Do not know who it is. Would like for it to stop.
Spunky 2008-07-18 12:49:15 Unknown
Thet keep calling , sounds creepy. Hung up after a couple of seconds. Stop calling us/ They ask for a another person who does not leive here

I hate telephones. I got VM message from a computer. Said it was very important. Sounded creepy to me. I hate telephones. I don't answer them unless it's some one I know and then only if I want to talk. I hate telephones. If the business was as important as the computer voice implied, a real person should call and leave a real message, not some eleven digit code number.
Oh, did I mention I hate telephones?
bOb 2008-05-06 22:25:09 Unknown
called and left message today with instructions to call along with a reference number during normal business hours. Called number @ 1823 EDT, got VM - identified as "Doris Rosaro" with Premier Health Partners... apparently an AP department
