Claimed to be Time Warner Cable-they indicated they detected an issue with my internet, video or phone, but, there were no issues. Stated they wanted me to call back to set up an appointment to come over.

This # has called two days in a row. I did not answer but the second time there was an automated voicemail that said "please take a moment to check your service.." and that was it. Other posters are saying it's Time Warner. I do have Time Warner internet so could be them.

I received 2 missed calls Saturday and 1 missed call Sunday from Time Warner checking on my service.

Got a call from this number on Saturday and again on Sunday. Did an online chat with Time Warner and confirmed the calls were from them. It's a new initiative to follow up on people who lease equipment from them to let them know if you're having problems.

Time Warner Cable has never called me in all of the years I have had their services stating this.  They called me as well Saturday and Sunday and wanted to make an appoitnment to come over.  Thye were calling sometimes one minute apart, power auto dial.  Block the number.  

They left a message, claimed to be from Time Warner, and said that they detected a problem with either my internet, phone or video. And if I still have a problem to call them back at this number. I checked this number, on Spokeo, and they said that it was an invalid number.

Claimed they were Time Warner checking on my service but after announcement nobody there and no push button for no problem. The called twice on Sunday while I was using net.
