I got the same call from the same number...clearly a scam of some sort made evident by all of these other "winners"...many thanks to everyone who posted here!

"Hi, this is Paige calling from the Notification Center in regards to the entry form you filled out for one of $25,000 shopping sprees or $25,000 in cash in one of our shopping malls, movie theatres, or online in the last 12 months. I have some VERY good news for you! Your name was pulled last night. Give us a call back at 888-663-6441. Again, that number is  888-663-6441 Ext. 965."

I guess Mandy quit her job and Paige took over. I didn't call back because we haven't filled out any entry forms, and it's obviously bull since everybody else is getting the same exact call.

The number that came up on the caller ID for this was IVC, 800-659-3293.

Me too.  Message from Mandy (the beginning of which was cut off, probably because Mandy started "talking" before my voice mail started recording.  I admit my greeting message is a little bit long winded (due to the need to list various voice mail boxes (press 1 for this person, 2 for that person, etc)) but Mandy needs to listen before speaking.  The message was left in mailbox 0, which means Mandy never selected any particular person.  Who won this contest anyway?!!!

I'm in Reston, VA, and I cannot remember entering any such contest.

I had message yesterday with the exact same information -- call back 888-861-3739 x925.  Mandy sounded friendly and that she was from the notification center, but I found these posts before calling back.  Thanks for the info!

Same as all above, verbatim. Guess the Government shutdown has affected the FTCs and FCCs ability to pursue these illegal robocallers.

"Mandy" phoned from this number:  888-861-3739 x 925 and indicated that we won some kind of prize.  

This is a SCAM -- be forewarned.

I called and the guy with a deep voice just went off on me for calling to ask to be removed. He told me to get a life and was a real jerk. Nice business...sounded like a scam artist who had a bad day.

Received a call from Mandy in the notification Center.  It said the same thing and I'm glad I googled the number and didn't call back.

Same message, same name, same extension with same prize.  

Got a call from them Monday afternoon from "Mandy" in the "Notification Center" saying our entry had been drawn last night for a $25,000 shopping spree or $25,000 cash drawing from a shopping mall or movie theater in the past twelve months.

I called back today, got a man on the first ring, who transferred me after I told him I'd received a call from Mandy. The call went to a series of double beeps that lasted for about two minutes. Then I hung up. Should have Googled it first!

Got the same message as all of you.  This Mandy is some busy young lady, eh? Seems she is all across the nation at the same time.  How lucky we all are to have had our names drawn at the same time from the same magical pool we didn't enter.

Received a SPAM call from 888-300-5799 referencing this number as a callback number in their voicemail ("8888613739 extension 925").  Call at your own risk.  The call was an attempt to have us contact them regarding something we would never have given our number for.  Fraud is likely their intent.

Same story message on my machine to 888-861-3739 ext 925 that our name had been drawn last night for $25,000 shopping spree or cash from an entry at "one of our movie theaters, shopping malls, or on-line".  I don't ever enter sweepstakes so I know this is not legit.

No, they are not for real. More crap to get you to buy things.

Same call on Thursday 9/19/2013 from Mandy at the "Notification Center." She claimed I had placed an entry at a shopping mall or theater and that my name was selected last night. Apparently I am the winner of a $5000 shopping spree from Clinique or $25,000. She left the number 888-861-3739 Ext.925

Received a message on my home voice mail from Mandy stating that I had won a drawing fro $25,000 that I had never entered and to return her call at 888-861-3739 x925.  Wish these scams would stop!

Received message from same number with extension 925--Mandy.  Returned call but got no answer.  phone rang 22 times.  Interesting.

I received the same voice message from "Mandy".  Returned the call today and Mandy was "unavailable".  Another rather unprofessional girl took the call and told me I am a finalist in a drawing.  My name will be put back in and the next drawing will be at the end of October.  When I asked who was sponsoring the drawing, she said "excuse me?"  I asked again and she said "Global Services."  

I received the same call a few months ago and was told I am one of 50 finalists out of 30,000+.  The "final" drawing would occur at the end of December and they wished me luck.

I was very careful not to reveal any information.  What a scam!

This giveaway is not about timeshares or travel clubs. Before you write something you should get your facts straight.

Same as above posters.  I assumed timeshare, sounds like someone confirmed.  Mandy is a busy girl.

Got a call - same number same extension.....same prizes....I got something similar to this about a year ago - come on for a very hard-sell time-share....so I don't trust this & will not call back....

Same story as above.  Mandy wanted to give me 25k in cash or merchandise because my name was pulled from a mall submission card that I didn't submit.

Received  2 calls from the same numbers  as  to Cincinnati Oh. with identical  message. I did not return the call. Are they for real. did any one of you follow  through and did you get the 2500 dollars
