I didn'tt have comcast but I recently disconnected with Cox Cable in AZ. Guessing they are contracted out to get their customers back.

I didn't know this number and had no reason to expect comcast to call.   It makes me anxious when people start spouting off my personal info like that...makes you wonder who has access to your private information

same type of comment over and over.. Sad that the only time they are willing to fix thier customer issues is after you have switched  service.....keep it people they will get the message......

It is comcast. I had a issue with them..I went to DISH. Now they call to try and fix my issue.....Cutomer service from this place is very Poor....

Cancelled Comcast last week.  Started receiving calls from this number and they left no message.  I returned call and message said they were calling on behalf of Comcast with a special promotion and press 1 to speak with agent or press 2 to be placed on "do not call list" which could take up to 30 days.

I just cancelled my comcast account and now receiving calls from this number twice a day!

Disconnected my Comcast service on the weekend and have been getting calls from this number as well as another that I have read in other reports is connected to Comcast (719 546 6354). I don't answer numbers I don't recognize and I don't respond to people who don't leave voicemails. Enough said.

I just started getting calls frm this number, and I disconnected Comcast 2 days ago.

Canceled Comcast last week. This sounded like a contractor working for Comcast marketing. Obviously had zero access to records on the conversations I had last week, etc... Very annoying that they keep calling from different numbers; their irresponsible calling habits guaranteed that I wasn't going to give their agent a chance to succeed.

They started calling me too after I switched service's. My phone does not ring when this number calls It just shows "Missed call"
and when I look its this number. Can't figure out yet why my phone don't ring but I am glad it don't.
Good luck, Once you no-longer do biz with comcast they should respect the do-not-call list.

I disconnected from Comcast on Tuesday and I just got a call from this number with no one on the other end and no message!

And Comcast wonders why they are hated so much and losing customers.

I discontinued Comcast 2 days ago.  Tired of paying $150.00/month for one DVR and two adapters.  I switched over to U-Verse and am very happy.  If Comcast dropped their price AND gave me AnyRoom DVR for free, I may have stayed with them.  This is the beauty of competition.  My Comcast monthly bill as December 21, 2010 was $100.21.  The following months the price was raised for the same service.    From $100.21 --> $100.31 --> $106.64 --> $106.86 --> $106.86 --> $106.88 --> $106.88 --> $130.78 --> $142.40  --> $142.40.  Kind of sneaky, but I'm done with the monopoly.  - Cheers

Recent Comcast disconnet here too and getting two calls a day from this number.  Funny, when I was a customer they NEVER wanted to talk to me like this.  Jerks.

I requested for service cancellation yesterday, and today I get call from them, they trying to give me a better offer. While I declined, I have found that Verison is much cheaper than COMCAST, I only have a internet and basic TV service before, the price is $68/month, but the Verizon only need to pay $45 for a little more faster download speed than COMCAST...And I told them this, they try to give me a $48 offer of the same service which before is $68....WTF..See how they make money from you? Switch now!!
There is no AT&T internet service in my area ,so I only can choose Verizon.

Comcast calling D/C service with them, every month raised my bill. Gave me the hook rate for $109. Then kept increasing rate until it reached $173.

I had Comcast for a while and never really had any billing issues, for a while. Once I moved everything changed. I had them out at my new place once a week for 4 weeks fixing issues. They tried sticking me with a $17 charge for the tech coming out and fixing the problem. I also got sick of being on hold for 30 minutes for simple issues. I talked my way out of those fees and then these calls started. I even gave them a chance to keep my as a customer and they never followed up with me on the offer they "pitched" to me. I have Uverse now with faster internet, higher quality HD, and a DVR. Best part, with all the new customer discounts, my bill is actually $10 cheaper per month and in six months it will only be $10 more.

I quit Comcast yesterday. Got the call from 888-865-0110 today. Caller-ID said the name was "Unavailable". I didn't answer. If they can't bother to identify themselves, why should I talk to them?

I just canceled my Comcast too - I think by canceling it I triggered a customer service call to 'see how my service is'. The funny thing is, they didn't know I'd just canceled. I answered once but they keep calling. I hope they stop calling eventually.... so annoying. Comcast is the worst.

Yep....recent comcast disconnect.  8 calls in the last 5 days.  No VM's.  Decided to Google the number.  Appears I am not the only one.

I received a call too -- no voicemail but I too have cancelled my Comcast.
