They have continue to call my place of employment weekly, on weekends, and late nights!  I would like it to stop and trying to get me called in on personal business calls is a "bullying tactic!"

These guys have called 11 times in 3 days. I don't answer 800 numbers but maybe they'll quit now that I'm on NDC list.

They may be calling to get you to take out a car loan. I have an Capital One account and have  received mail from them about a week ago wanting me to fill out a car loan application and yesterday calls from this number started. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

They call 2-3 times a day, plus late on sunday night! Give me a break! I don't have a Capitol One Account! You got the wrong ##.

I am on the NDNC list and these companies STILL keep calling me.  What good is that list?

I have no capital one account.  The previous owner of this house left it in foreclosure, which could be why they're trying to call here.  I don't understand why they don't understand WE ARE DIFFERENT PEOPLE and a little bit of googling turns up the approximate place where the previous owner is currently residing.

What can a police report do?

They actually called my neighbor telling her that it was an emergency and that she had to run down the street and get my husband.  JC Services.

I've gotten about a dozen calls from them to my home and my cell number, which I know I haven't given out to any credit people.  Besides that, I don't have a Capital One credit card.  We used to, but its been paid off for years.  When I answered a recorded voice says, please hold for an important message.  I held and no one ever came on the line.  Very annoying!

I was receiving 6-7 calls a day from this number, and yes, even on Saturdays and Sundays. Calls would start around 8AM Eastern and I received them as late as 9PM Eastern. I never answered, and they never left messages. One day I got curious and called the number back, the call disconnected. I heard a click and the next thing was operator "If you'd like to make a call...." So the calls are hanging up.

What I did was simple....I bought a phone that has Block Calls feature. I added that number to my blocked callers list and I haven't heard from them since.

Another thing you can do for harrassing calls is call your local Police Dept. DO NOT CALL 911! Look up the number for you local Police and call and make a report.

Got two calls from them today SUNDAY first call around 2pm? second at 5:10PM, let the answering machine pick up. Caller ID says JC Services and the phone number 888 865 2884 They didn't leave a message.

If it is Capital One I don't have a Capital One account. I do however have savings and checking accounts with Chevy Chase Bank which was bought by Capital One, but collection agencies should not be calling about those type of accounts, no debt to collect on checking or savings.

Constant calling from Monday-Sunday.  A bill collector I assume. I want it to stop.

You have rights.  It is illegal to be called and harrassed so often. An attorney can fire them a letter to stop the phone calls once and for all.

They arent hanging up.  The phone system waits until a connection is made before releasing call to a collector.  There is a short delay, after hearing a click, then they try to harass you for some money.

How do you stop it? Easy, keep your Capital One accounts current.  Me, until that day comes; I will put an alternate phone number that isnt mine onto my account and let GC Services call someone else 5-7 times a day.  If they keep calling, keep telling them wrong number.

They are very harassing with calling and then hanging up. I dunno if this is their way of annoying people to collect their money people make sure you keep up to date so that you dont have to go through what I have to

Getting 5 to 6 calls a day from this number.  Call them back and they say they have removed the number.  Still getting calls.  Always hang up before I get a response.

Getting 6 calls a day from this number. It looks like it belongs to GC Credit Services. They do collection for Capital One.
