They called me today and said they are from Sprint willing to verify my account info. The know my phone number, but they asked for my name and my account password. I never give my passwords to incoming callers whoever they say they are.

Sprint welcome call. When you call back they just verify your information and go over your plan. Helpfull to make sure they have the right info and they also give you 30 free talktime on your plan.
