2014 and they are still up to their old tricks. I received another charge on my card even though I clearly told them "no" when asked if I wanted the product. The first time I dealt with Hydroxytone, I didn't have any trouble. I was allergic to the product and the customer service agent refunded my money and the charges discontinued. This time I was unaware it was the same company when I wanted to try Keranique. I cancelled the future orders and was told to return the product at my expense. I was then billed again a week later. I have tried to reach the company at the number on the charge 888-870-8802 for 2 days without any success, even though the recording claims they are available 24 hours a day. Just the recording over and over again.

Hydroxatone was cancel due to skin irritation from product.  Why am I being charged after cancelling?

OMG these people! I have tried so many times to contact and cancell orders, I now have to go to the bank and change my account and get a new card...never again, I just cant seem to contact anyone in Australia or OS, all numbers I have tried are disconected! arrrh!  Before I do this has anyone got a number that I may have not tried?

I called this number on my account because wife informed me that my online bill pay account was negative $203.00 and I said no it should be $10.00 for the membership fee every month... She siad no your account is $203.00 in the negative...

So I called the number and "Paul Smith" ext. 536 gets on the line. I say sir, I'm trying to find out why this company continues to try to charge this account of mines.. "Well, sir it's shows in my system that you received the package for our product on this date and we are charging you the $69 that is due. How do you choose to pay?" Sir I'm not familiar with what this product supposed to be. "You are very aware of what this product supposed to be because like I said you received it on this date. How do you choose to pay today?" I replied, "Sir, I'm the one trying to figure out why my account...." He cuts me off and began to talk why I'm trying to get him to understand I'm the victim until I can figure out who you are and why you are charging my account. From this point on he continued to disrespect my by cutting off my statements in every fashion he could think of, and this went back and forth for about 20 minutes. Until I began demanding a Manager or Quality Control to take over the matter because he wasn't being very professional. DO YOU KNOW THIS MAN HUNG UP IN MY FACE? Now I have to call the number back go through all this automation again to finally get another rep to go through the entire process again....

I didn't understand why these reps were so defensive of the company until I got to this website... I'm not the only one, multiple people are pissed about their hard earned cash. I applied for a free sample of hydroxatone, next thing I noticed they had billed me for $68.00 and I only gave them my credit card details to pay for postage.  Since then every week or so they have put small amount on my credit card and today I have been billed again. I'm going to have to change my credit card or stop future payments.

i too have been scammed by them but i stopped my credit card so they cant get any more payment out but i lost $134 dollars doing it my bank at the moment are trying to get the money back off them that i cant not seeing happening so i will be warning everyone i know not to do it its a scam might even write to the television place and tell them too

After sending back the  "Hydroxatone" and getting the insured signed request back from the post office... I am still getting the 1.00 charge taken from my bank account...Next step after I call these dumb SOB's is I am contacting the BBB .. how dare they mess with a persons money and bank account after the crap was sent back unopened insured they signed for it!! I wrote canceled inside on the paper in RED..and also called them and canceled..

i guess i should consider myself lucky... my unauthorized charge was for only $1.00 (USD) on May 15, 2012.

i never even heard of  "Hydroxatone", let alone order it.

i called the company to late today, there office closed at 5:00 PM.

Go to your bank and they will put a cancellation order on it. However it will take 31days before ACM* Hydroxatone will be unable to access your account so if possible withdraw all your money from your account until the 31days expires. I know it's a pain but this seems to be the only solution. this is what I have done this afternoon.

I have had my card blocked - and emailed the company.  I am not going to ring them because it will cost me even more and, if they are utterly fraudulent, it won't make an difference.  I also doubt that there is anything that can be done to get a refund.  Good luck and I'd be grateful if you'd let me know how you get on?  Regards

I also have a $3.00 charge on my account. I didn't OK any charges from them. Other than the initial "Free Trial" which is on it's way back to them, I have never dealt with them. Posted to my account on 10/11/11, for 10/08/11 charge!
