Just checked with others here. Must be a scam as they don't answer the phone. Call goes directly into a voicemail system to leave a message. I left a message and told them I will report to state police as this is a scam. I hope they can't trace back my phone number and use it for anything. I am also going to report them to American Airlines, so they know what is going on.

I did attend - TWICE. Got nothing, even after numerous calls - each time they claimed it was a mistake and the voucher would be sent TODAY. Ha !!

2/5/2013 - Received a scammy-looking postcard in the mail that says "we've selected you to receive 2 round trip airfares to anywhere in the contiguous United States", along with this number to "claim this special offer". Didn't call because the postcard was obviously 'fake' (no return address, strangely thin, etc.), but wanted to warn others. This is a SCAM. Do NOT call them. They will try to get your (very) personal information.

1/4/13- received a postcard promising 2 free round trip tickets and a 3 day, 2 night hotel stay. Didn't respond to this number since they didn't have a return mailing address and the posts I saw here. Thanx ---- PS I do have a family member with a credit problem so in all likelihood we are dealing with scum, aka collection agents.

This IS A SCAM. American Airlines is being used but the only point here is TO ASK YOU VERY PERSONAL INFORMATION. SO just say You are not interested. They got addresses of everybody.

I'm not sure why someone would say this is a scam, it certainly is not. We enjoyed our experience and are planning our vacation to Arizona in March. My guess is the person claiming a scam, never attended the appointment and was afraid that it was a scam and never claimed their certificates.
