Got SEVERAL 10-12 calls a day, again they usually hang up when they get my voicemail or leave a message to call 888-871-8572.  ID number appears as 718-684-9412 (New York)

I have a lowe's card. I am not over my credit limit, nor late with my payments. They call at least 8 times a day. Pretty much every hour. They won't stop. I've taken to hanging up on them or keeping the line open forcing them to hang up on me. Anything to annoy them to get them to quit.

DO WHAT I DO... DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE.

We receive many calls from this #, all hours of the day and night.  Over a 3-day period, I counted 15 calls from this # on my call log.  Sometimes when I answer the phone, there is a pause and then a loud beeping sound and disconnect.  I called the phone number back 4/17/9 and told them to stop calling my son because he is going to be deployed.  They still called all week.  I am not going to put up with this while he is gone, so I called the FTC today to register a complaint.  The FTC # is 877.382.4357.  They were very nice.  I hope the calls stop and I hope this can help someone else who is having the same problem.

NCO is a collection agency for Capital One; At least it is for me. I am overdue for a Lowes Visa, that's how I found out. and yes, they call me OVER 20x's a day!!

THIS NUMBER LITERALLY CALLS ME 20 TIMES A DAY, DOESN'T RESPOND WHEN I ANSWER, AND THEN EXPECTS ME TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" REP!! WTF?!

got a call today, don't what it is

this # started calling me today and i work 3rd shift so i usually have my phone on silent or at least have most #'s on silent. Well my new phone has a beeping noise every time i miss a call. It's only 2PM and so far they have called 3 different times. one at 10, 11:55, 1:36!! No voice mails no nothing! Grrr

I just got this phone number 2 days ago and they have already called me 5 times. My grandma doesn't even have this number yet. When I called back to get them to stop calling, they answered and a lady tried to make it seem like it was my fault that I was getting called. What can be done about this?

Different callers leaving same 800# for college student. Student called number - he doesn't have overdue account. He mistakenly gave them his full SSN. They wouldn't tell him what business it was regarding but claimed if he would name some they could let him know if it was correct. In the end they claimed the call was in error (after a month of daily or twice daily calls; then called our house again within the hour.

Suspect these folks are phishing!

They call 20 times a day, spacing calls between 10 minutes to 1 hour apart.  I have told them about 30 times that the person they are calling is not here, and they supposedly notate the account each time, but calls still come in. Driving me crazy, because I work nights, and they call from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

THey call 12-20 times a day, and hang up if they get machine.  I believe it is a company called NCO
