I started getting calls from this number. They started 2 days ago. I asked who they were and he Juan just said TDM. I acted like he had a wrong number What does TDM stand for? Does anyone know? Totally Dumb M%&**^^%

A man with a southern accent named Jeff Ford called me looking for a person with the same name as my father-in law. He wanted his phone number to talk to him before he could "proceed with this case". It was involving a civil suit in Harris County, Texas. I took his phone number and extension, which he freely gave me and the case number and said I would inform my father-in-law and would have him call this Jeff Ford. My caller ID said the company name is Avante

I've been getting recorded messages twice a day for the past two weeks about debt collections from a person that doesn't even live here. If this Law firm had any sense they would do their research instead of harrasing people that have nothing to do with past due debt.

It seems like these people call every 30 minutes. We know it is Capital One because my husband has answered the phone and they said they are calling to see when we are making our car payment. Even though we are still within our 10 grace period, they still keep calling. Even though my husband has told them what day he is going to pay his car payment, they still call our house every 30 minutes. The calls stop like 5 minutes before 9:00pm. It is funny how no one ever leaves a message.

This number called me claiming to be with Country Wide mortgage asking for my social security number and I said no way. A man who sounded of Indian said I owed one hundred and eighty some odd dollars for some reason. I do have an account with CW but it is paid up to current date. I told him I would call him right back after I looked at my statement. I also did a search for this number in webcrawler and found it to be the number for Disaster Affected Borrowers to contact Country Wide Financial Corp.. Not sure whats going on.

EVERY day I receive a call from this 800# and when I answer it is a recording asking me to call back with regard to a given reference #. I pay my bills, taxes and have good credit, so I am not sure WHO this is. EVERY day the call and it is getting quite annoying.

These people call regularly to my home number, attempting to collect a bill owed by a Douglas Conners. Douglas is deceased. My wife and I have repeatedly told this collection company that this has been out number since 2005. But they still keep calling. Damn they are stupid!

Call daily leaving messages that are imperative I return their call. Something to do with a case number in Harris County. No clue where that is-- Getting a little annoyed, it is on my cell and home number.

They call my number every day beginning at around 8 am.. and call periodically throughout the day until around 8:45 pm. No one is ever on the line when I answer and it's starting to tick me off!!

At first I was confused with who they were but they are not an actual collection agencybut just a receivables branch of the Las Vegas valley health care system (a.k.a. Desert Springs Hospital, Summerlin Hospital. They tend to make collection calls before the invoice is due, so even if you're current you may receive a call if you owe them something.

I got the same "good news yellow card." As far as I'm concerned, it's just another piece of junk mail, but very suspicious indeed. >:(

Brock from OSI called saying my wife (aged 70+) had submitted a student loan application for University of Hawaii and needed more information-- Definitetly suspisious, especially since we had a break in and much of our banking information was stolen..

They call back to back two or three times three times a day. Thats 6-9 calls a day and they won't leave a message. I'm not answering an unknown number.
