Got a lot of calls. Did you call back?

I also know that they used my VISA debit card to make the deductions.  I cancelled my card and applied for a new one.  I don't know how they got my number...though I have used it a couple of times to purchase online...learned a valuable lesson...NEVER use a debit card attached to a checking account online.  It is easier to cancel a credit card than closing and reopening a checking account.

I had my checking account debited for $29.95 twice.  I called the number and I did get to talk to someone.  The number is a billing agency for a number of companies.  I was told that my charges came from "Home Source Academy" by way of Google Easy Street.  She said that I enrolled in a 14 day free trial???  I told her that I didn't believe that I did (I never go for the free trials as I will forget and they will automatically charge me.  She said that they will refund my account for both months.

Just keep calling until you get someone you can talk to.  Good Luck...

I got it, too....3 times!  Calling the number only put me on hold for "the next available representative" which of course  never answered!  This is quite the scam.

Ok I have also recieved a phone call and a charge from this same thing... Have any of yall been able to figure this out? If so please let me know what to do because im frustrated and this doesnt help anything right now.

I too was billed $29.95 from this outfit(whatever the outfit is) It appeared as HS41.COM8888751236 LAS VEGAS NV in my bank account. When I call the 888 number, it says "You've reached customer service, please call back during regular business hours." You can tell that this is a shady service because it never mentions the actual name of the company when you call. I was billed on the 3rd of February and I have a pending transaction trying to go through now.

same here, except i never got a phone call but i looked at my bank statement that i was charged 29.95 and whatever it was was out of Las Vegas, Nevada!And the statemant had this number on it!! WHAT IS IT!!

im very pissed, it said i used my debit card, but i didnt, so i have a fraud claim out for this and my bank closed my debit card.

This number also hit my bank acct. for 29.95 on 02-11-2010
