they won't send me a validation letter but they wiill email me a demand letter

RECEIVING CALLS FROM JAMES MICHAELS AND THEY ARE GOING TO FILE PAPER WORK WITH MY COUNTY DO TO A PAY DAY LOAN, I CALLED THE PAYDAY COMPANY AND THE SOLD THEM THE LOAN,  NOW THE COMPANY ASC SAID THEY ARE  GOING TO SUMMONS MY BANK RECORDS AND GET ME FOR WORKING A BAD CHECK . I DID NOT GIVE THE A CHECK BUT IT WAS A DRAFT FROM MY BANK.

pay ur bills --instead of looking for excuses not to pay  they have all ur information and u will be sued ---these calls are in regards to bad checks ---state by state varies with charges as in criminal acts of using ur bank acct --------hello --------pay ur bills scumbag

They just called my home and my brothers cell!!! I think they are a Loan company in regards to a Check Loan. Anyone know what steps we can take I am bout to call and tell them off.

i got a call from them saying that a meeting was taking place soon regarding my health, and they needed to talk to me to give me the benefit of the doubt???  very strange message on my machine, I haven't returned the call....

Laurie do they keep calling you still? How did you find out all of your information because they keep harassing me.

I keep getting harassing phone calls from these people they are rude, and have threatened to proceed with my paper work and take me to court, I don't know if it is  scam or real. I have my attorney contacting them but this is crazy. I don't know what to believe.

THEY HAVE NO LICENSING OR ANYTHING IS A COMPLETE SCAM .. ASK FOR THE ATTORNEY WHO REPRESENTS THEM THEY HAVE NOTHING ----NO BAR # ----group of investors and attorneys

I was actually almost sued by these people. I thought it was a scam and the next thing I knew I contacted by a processor. I called them back and they were actually very cooperative to my surprise. They gave me an out of court settlement and saved me a lot of embarrassment.

Have received many messages from this number recently at work, home and my cel phn #. The few times I have received a call recently the rep (Mr. Givens) have advised they have called about a loan I took out and that I have a balance of $260.00 but they will settle for $565.00. He will not disclose the company name and I believe it is from the same company that left harassing voicemails on my work phone and boss's work phone after I advsd all business I had with them has been done and to not call me anymore.
