Received a call at 10:20 p.m. Saturday night (Dec. 8th, 2007) I didn't answer in time, and they didn't leave a message. When I try to call it back... I repeatedly get a busy signal. Could this be a calling card or something?

they called me at 10:35 PM< EST on Saturday, December 8 saying thy were calling me about Government Grants

This number repeatedly has been calling my house. Last night, I got a call at 2:56 A.M. Central Standard Time. My wife and I were very startled by this. I plan to file a police report, as I consider this harrassment. They left a message, as they always do, that is automatized; and something to do with government grants. I'll tell you what, if they call again at such a time, they'll be granting me money in court!

Hung up when phone was picked up
