Not too mention the lack of an effort to respond to us individually.
| Tyrann 2013-06-21 00:07:26 Unknown |
Apparently not enough for them to make competant efforts.

How much do you get to post these glowing posts?

You shills are some of the dumbest, lamest and most inane I have ever seen! They are really Microsoft Support making these calls, huh?
Wrong!!!!
Microsoft has even clearly stated that they are NOT!!!
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fo ... 51-c00b447cdd16
http://www.microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx
"Cybercriminals don't just send fraudulent email messages and set up fake websites. They might also call you on the telephone and claim to be from Microsoft. They might offer to help solve your computer problems or sell you a software license. Once they have access to your computer, they can do the following:
Trick you into installing malicious software that could capture sensitive data, such as online banking user names and passwords. They might also then charge you to remove this software.
Take control of your computer remotely and adjust settings to leave your computer vulnerable.
Request credit card information so they can bill you for phony services.
Direct you to fraudulent websites and ask you to enter credit card and other personal or financial information there.
Neither Microsoft nor our partners make unsolicited phone calls (also known as cold calls) to charge you for computer security or software fixes.
Telephone tech support scams: What you need to know
Cybercriminals often use publicly available phone directories so they might know your name and other personal information when they call you. They might even guess what operating system you're using.
Once they've gained your trust, they might ask for your user name and password or ask you to go to a website to install software that will let them access your computer to fix it. Once you do this, your computer and your personal information is vulnerable."
? Neither Microsoft or any of their partners make any unsolicited phone calls ... they DO NOT make cold calls!!! We call their ACTUAL customer support number!!!
? They state any such cold calls are scammers seeking to gain access to others computers and either install malware or get control of their victims settings and change the password as well as gain access to personal information ... or both!!!
Nice try, shills! But once again you failed ... except in proving you are scumbag scamming criminals!!! Now go back to your smelly boiler rooms (which is probably located in Mumbai!)

Received a call from 1-888-880-3191 who identified himself as a technician from Microsoft Service Center. He said that Microsoft had received an error message from my computer and the error code indicated that my computer was infected with a "Trojan Horse" virus and that he would clean it for me. He asked for access to my computer, which I refused. The caller has a very heavy accent and is a scammer. Beware
