There is next to zero proof that the person leaving these message is in fact a 1&1 rep.
Yes they are a shady company, yes their phone system sucks and annoys people, yes someone should sue them.

But... at the same time don't get to riled up over some persons comments when we really don't know what their motive is. Maybe they are just an angry ex employee who wants to irritate more people...who know.

I told them I wasn't interested and was removed. Just answer the phone, tell them your not interested and they will go away. Also be sure to talk to the rep using their name, they will often go out of their way to ensure you do not get called again. irritate the rep they will let someone else call and deal with you. Be nice to the rep and they will ensure your removed

You, sir, are correct. In every aspect. My online customer skills are very terrible and I'll be the first to admit it.
However, on the phone, I'm getting 10-12 sales per week, and just for the record, commission cap is 15 per week.

So, of all of our representatives to come here, I am most likely the worst. However, someone has to come here and clear things up, things of which people come here and assume.

It would, to an extent, make sense, being that we have about 6 different outbound call centers... but 22 calls in 3 days is a bit much. Honestly its hard to believe 5 calls per day.

Typically the most I see in one day is 3, that's when its previously been answering machine.

Actually, they are right. I get a call from your company 5 times a day, every single day of the week. I never answer. It doesn't bother me because I never answer numbers I don't know anyway...but the number does seem to call excessively.

As a small business owner I accept that I am going to get sales calls. However, after reading your posts I would never do business with 1 & 1. You may not be on here as an official representative of 1&1 but you are putting yourself out there as one. You are very unprofessional and I am sure this translate into your customer service skills as well. As every business owner knows, the customer is always right. This is even more important when they are not your customer because the hope is to someday have them as a customer.
You claim that you  do not use automated dialers just a computer calling but the person must not be at the station when the computer calls, that makes it an automated call.
You have insulted people when they have made comments asking where they get information from when you posted the information and then you post about people not paying attention. You might want to think about taking some classes on personal interaction and how to win customers and not lose them.
As I said, I am a small business owner and always looking for ways to save money, but even if 1 & 1 offered me a free website due to your representation I would never use them.

Actually they didn't "put me to face and defend" on here. I am here on my own free will, and if you look back at my comments, I don't say anything out of order until someone insults me. As I've said before, I don't care who you are, who you represent, who I represent, whether it be my own business or Kmart, if you're rude to me, I speak my mind. Professionally.

I've come across people who are the same way, be it cashiers at the grocery store or a CEO of some major company. Internet or not - some people will respond/retaliate to personal insults, and I happen to be one. Plain and simple.

They were 3259# & 2852#
The first "was not available" and the second was not a recognized extension. So I tried pressing 2# to be connected to the next available representative, and got disconnected on each of the THREE times I tried it.

I would like to point out that I am not only calling to stop the calls coming in, but to make sure they know that the individual representing them on this site is someone who should in fact be fired because they give painfully awful suggestions when they give them, but most of the time spend their time being a smart a** against total strangers on the internet because they got their feelings hurt. Every customer service individual out there deals with insults. I know NOTHING about your company except for the few facts you managed to spurt out, but I do know that I will NEVER work with a company that puts such a rude and insulting individual at face to represent them. What does that say about the company as a whole?

If you were calling for a purpose that was requested by another business owner or an inquiry I could understand..Otherwise your autodialer is bad business and FYI, I've gotten 7 dead calls from you. I don't have time for that. Obviously your machine is busted because your calling cell phones and repeatedly the same numbers. Doesn't matter who you personally give your number to. If you have a business, SOMEWHERE, there's a phone number listed. You can't not have registered a phone number for your business.

Its a business call regardless so I don't know how you think you'd be able to sue. There is NO DNC list for businesses.

Just for the record, I not once intentionally insulted anyone who didn't insult me. As I've stated in a different post, I don't care who you are and who I'm "representing", if you insult me its no longer a "professional matter". I'd do that regardless if I was representing 1&1 or representing my own business. And as far as I know it's the same for anyone else. If someone starts harassing you, calling you names and insulting you, posting incorrect information again and again online about the business you work for, or even your own business - you wouldn't just stand there and take it, and you can't honestly sit here and say that you would, because that'd be a lie.

And also for the record, telemarketing is a billion dollar industry. If it didn't result in sales, they wouldn't exist.

Wow! Way to win new customers. The FACT is everyone detests SPAM and Unsolicited Telephone Calls and snail mail. Any company choosing to gain real customers does so in a much more professional manner and has no need for robo-dialers and annoying call centers. What do you knuckleheads think, that harassing people on Unknown Call reporting sites is going to positively impact your business? Seriously. Someone at the top needs to rein in their little automotons.
