I got a call from the same scam ppl 855-447-8391 saying that i would be served papers at my home or place of employment but when i call my local police department they had no record thereof

I received a call from some guy named Anthony last week saying he was going to serve me papers and I need to call this number 855-447-8391(Kaden Asset) in order to get a stop order placed on the summons. I called and at first I thought they were legit so I gave them my credit card information but not to process until today. As I though about things and researched a little further I figured this to be a scam because the company they were referring to that I owed was paid off last year. I contacted them and they are not aware of this company and never worked with them before. I immediately transferred all my money to a different card and closed the one I gave them. Now this guy named Michael Evans continues to call my work number that comes up unknown, but never calls my cell. When told by my supervisor I am not able to receive personal calls he continues to give personal information out that he should not be.

I went to the BBB website and found several complaints for this company and filed one myself. Hopefully this will stop. My suggestion if you get a call like this contact your prosecuting attornies office in the county they are referring to see if this is legit. More then likely it is not because usually the process servers come to your house and leave their card and contact information not the company that has filed the complaint because they don't generally know this information or allowed to give it out over the phone.

Received calls from 2 diffreent "private couriers" to serve me papers and left number for Kaden Assest Group. I should have noticed the signs but fell for it anyway and made a partial payment to this company. I canceled my debit card so they couldnt take another payment. I should have picked up on all the red flags. First of all if someone is going to serve you papers, they dont call you and warn you. They just serve you papers. Plus no company can put you on hold and come back 30 seconds later saying company doesnt want to work with you.

Company called back today when they couldnt withdraw money from my account and said they were KAG Associates. I left a message for them to email me proper documents as to who they are and their relationship to the company I owe money to.

Kaden Asset Group LLC has been repeatedly calling my cell phone with an automated message. The message says that I need to call them back immediately regarding a "returned item from your bank". Upon calling the number that they provide, there is a recorded message saying "You've reached a number that is not currently set up to receive calls". They will not stop calling me but there is no real number where I've been able to successfully contact them.

IF YOU HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM, I'D HAVE TO SAY THEY ARE A BIG SCAM

Have received calls previously stating they would show up at residence or job.  Even got a call stating courier service would be there also.  They never did show and now receiving calls from Kaden Asset Group making threats.  All of the calls use the same reference number so I am sure it is the same place.  The poster who said they paid and they are glad they did probably works for Kaden.  I would ignore their calls.  Total scum bags that do not have a leg to stand on since most internet payday loans are illegal.  That is if you even owe on one.

Were you served papers the next day?

I HAVE GOTTEN INTO IT WITH THESE PEOPLE TWICE THIS WEEK. THEY HAVE CALLED AND JUST ARE AS RUDE AS CAN BE, SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT A INTERNET LOAN, WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKIN ABOUT! CAN I FILE HARASSMENT CHARGES?

They called trying to tell me if I didn't pay them I was going to court. They said they weren't a collection agency and if I didn't respond I'll be served with a affadavit.

I got one too from a kaden assets they threated me

I got a call saying the same thing as the others. "Rob" said he was going to serve me and I should have my ID on me at all times...  I called them back as warned to and they did have a legit reason for calling, but it is very evident they are a scammer. They get your info online when you have a payday loan that is past due or that was sent to a 3rd party for collections. I have paid my debt with the company they referred to so I know I have nothing to worry about. Collection companies are also required by law to send you something in the US mail before they start calling. Ignore these calls. They are scum.

I got a call just like that I called the number back and spoke to them they told me it was a loan I took out witch I forgot about so I asked for the info that they had and called the place where I took out the loan they told me it's no longer in there office , they said is was with kag to call them so I called back and I ended up paying them to pay off my loan I got my paid in full letter and I gotta tell you I'm gald I did because me and my wife were trying to buy a house and this came up I was told I had to pay this first and I was having a hard time doing so that's why it did not get paid people if you owe money pay it and you won't have to deal with this don't get mad at other people cause you don't pay your bills they have every right to want there money that they lent you .......  I hate bill collectors but I'm glad they called me ....

What happened? Did someone show? Unsure what to do, do I really owe money that I am forgetting about?

I got the same call this morning and he threaten to send someone to my job if I was unable to give them my card infromation. I just told him to send who they needed to send and i would deal with it from there. They want your card information so that they can get what they need to get some more 800 numbers to jive someone else / DONT GIVE ANY PERSONEL INFORMATION PLEASE - YOU WILL BE SORRY

i got the same caller today, didnt answer as it appeared as a blocked number. they left me a voicemail saying the exact same thing. i wont be calling them back because they got my first name wrong so i know it was bogus.

I recieved a phone call feom a restricted number stating that I would be served papers in about an hour and to please be home to ahow identification. I started asking alot of questions then he gave me a name and number to contact for further info the name was K.A.G. the number was 800-888-884-8524 and a six digit case number. I called it and talked to two different weirdoes Which seemed completely aggitated that Wasnt going to give them my debit card number to pay off a very high balance.
