Do not ever order from this company!!!  For 2 years now I get repeated spam phone calls from them sometimes twice daily. They will not remove you from the list. NEVER NEVER GIVE PHONE # !!!!

I MISSED THIS CALL TODAY...CALLED THEM RIGHT BACK PHONE RANG ONCE THEN BEEPED AND HUNG UP... HUMMM..SOUNDS LIKE SCAMMERS...NO ANSWER,NO AUTOMATTED SERVICE,NO VOICEMIAL, MORE THAN LIKELY A NON EXISTANT TELEMARKETING COMPANY...

I started getting these phone calls from a variety of numbers all representing the same place. I did order duty free cigarettes a few times. It was after I made the orders that they started hounding me with telemarketing calls. So in case you're wondering if they are a business, they are. However, this aggressive marketing has got to stop. I've tried being a civil and polite person for at least a few dozen calls. After I chewed them out the calls stopped for a while. But now I'm getting calls again. 6 times today. Honestly, if they just stopped with the phone calls I would have been a happy customer. I am on a no call list but the numbers they use are numerous and seemingly always changing.

Would it be illegal if I found out their address and sent them a bill for these harassing phone calls? They have called me EVERY DAY for 2 years.

I tell them to stop calling me every day but they still keep calling me. I told them that I was going to keep track of each call that I receive and then send them a 10 dollar bill for each call. I'm not sure if it is legal, but I don't see why not. Everyone sends me bills and fees for things.

If you're on the government's Do Not Call list, though, file a complaint--and keep filing. The company can be fined up to $16000 per call.

When these b*****ds started calling me several times a day, that's what I did. They may stop harassing people if the government starts fining them every time they violate the Do Not Call requirements.

good luck...they been calling for years.. you will never get them to stop.  i just let them fill out an order and then hang up..  best would be to get a fax number and fax them back black pages to burn their ink

calls me every few weeks.  wont take me off their list.  these guys are creeps ...china i think.  internet is loaded with complaints about them

They called and left no message, but this same number has been told at least 7 times to quit calling me.

Got call, didn't answer either, will next time.   I have not bought anything from internet.

this is the second phone call I have gotten from a toll free number first one was 877-276-9713.  I don't smoke, so I am wanting to know why these moron's are calling my cell phone.  I have limited minutes on my cell phone and I don't need people calling me on it to sell me something I have no desire to buy.  I don't care who they are.  If I want to buy something I go to the stores.  Have a good day. I am reporting both numbers to the FCC and hope they get fined for their inconvenience they are causing me.

I got the same call last week and the week before.  They were trying to sell cigarettes for $32.00 a carton.  When I asked where she was caling from she said the Phillippines.  I also am skeptical and told her I would call her back. I'm not about to give out credit card info to someone that could be a scam.

This company claim to sell all types of products. Trying to sell carton of cigarettes for $32. Said they represent or were called Duty Free, known world wide. i asked are you Duty Free.org or .com. Shen wasn't sure and asked me to goggle the name and check them out. Anybody can say they are from any company, but that doesn't mean these people on the other end of my phone is legit! The second number they called me was 214-446-9828, same person. really pushy about credit card or prepaid card info. Never gave my credit info. Yes, they continue to call, makes me skeptical...I won't take the chance to order anything. Also wonder if anyone has and did they get their products after paying for it.
