How are they still in business??? Am trying to gather as much info as possible on these guys as they have now targeted me twice and even called and harassed and threatened me at my work.   They are pure and simple THUGS and CRIMINALS as only THUGS and CRIMINALS would cuss you out when you asked for information and proof on what they said.   Only THUGS and CRIMINALS would say they were coming to your house to HURT you and would BLACKMAIL you and HARASS you.  They are worse than even street gangs as at least they are admit what they are.   I do not know how these guys can sleep at night.  They are running 2 scams and targeting and preying on people including the elderly.

Their posts here as pretending to be customers are laughable as their English skills are a joke.  You can tell right away who is a scammer posting.  And I love "my dog died" sob stories they always throw in (my husband died in Iraq or my husband was killed by a drunk driver)  Again their language skills and what they must think of real Americans is just sad sad sad.

Amd as for Justin Davis and all your many aliases, you know what you can do to yourself in so many many many many ways...

I have started a blog to track information on these scammers - the sooner they go out of business the better.  They can barely speak English, their posts here praising the company are laughable in their use of English and the posters always have to use the sob story technique (my husband killed in Iraq, my husband killed by a drunk driver).

They have 2 scams running at the same time - the credit card scam and the payday loan scam - they obviously are purchasing info or gathering info online and using it to mislead and then harass people.   And they still insist on using their name - First Cash International or FCS. Any person with Google can search on this and see all the complaints and scams they have done to people - including the elderly.

Feel free to add your comments to my blog if you have any info on this "company".   And BTW I have plenty of things I would love Justin Davis or whoever you are can do to yourself after your horrendous treatment of me and others that you have decided to target and prey on.

I received an automated phone call from "Creditt Card Services" saying that they are able to lower my APR and if I am interested press 1. After I pressed 1 I spoke with Amanda who went on asking information about my phone number, address, credit cards numbers and expiration dates...
I fell into giving her my address and one credit card number but hesitated giving more info, and asked her the phone number to which I can call her back. Amanda gave me her name and phone number 1-888-889-8025

FCS (Financial Card (credit) Services) or otherwise also known as Card Services.  The scammers who got you to give up your credit card info, even your social security numbers in some cases are very sneaky indeed!  They work in a way that protects them from any legal trouble.  But you should never do business with anyone who pressures you.  Sadly they target the elderly.  Anyway. If  you want to get these [removed:lang] you can find them in MONTREAL  (St. Laurent), QC, CANADA is where they are hiding.  on 7075 place Robert-Joncas Suite 225!!!!!!!! across from the Marriot Inn  6500 Place Robert-joncas, St. Laurent, QC  (Next to Jeld Wen)

I got called by406 948 8001.  Guy hung up when I said No to balance of over 3000.  OK.  I get it.  So I searched the web and found this site.  I  called 310-3886821 and then 888 333 385 Logic Solutions.  Guy explained what he does.  1.  calls your bank and tries to lower your credit card rate.  Sure.  If you believe that.  I asked what if bank doesn't lower it?  He said he calls another bank and tries to get a card with a lower rate.  He said they charge a percentage fee.

So never mind the hanging up by their subordinates and people that are sleeping on the couch with no jobs that make a few bucks on their commissions by answering the phone, this is a crap business.

If you have a high interest rate, you maybe should look at transferring the balance or getting another card.  Can't see any reason to involve these pseudo scammers.

OH, and by the way.. all three numbers have the same "please wait" music at the beginning.
1-888-333-3875 (apparently the main # for FCS international)
1-805-357-1666 (Santa Maria, CA)
1-310-388-6861 (Beverly Hills, CA)
But the man in Santa Maria said he WASNT with FCS, that he was with a company who WORKED with FCS called "credit services".
I called the number and asked if they have business in California. The woman said no, so i asked her if she knew these other 2 numbers, she said no.  But that she was based out of Orlando Florida, and the other office is in NY.

Its all very fishy. indeed. DONT DO BUSINESS.. If you want to lower your rates, call your credit card companies yourself.

Hi, I got a call today from FCS international, 1-310-388-6861 (beverly Hills, CA) but they didnt identify themselves at first.. it was vague, and I heard wrong and thought they were my actual credit card company.  I was stupid and didn't follow my gut, which told me not to go ahead with it. They offered lower credit rates because of my excellent payment history (something I was hoping to work on anyway, to get interest down on  a few of my cards) so i was sucked in.  I am mad at myself for agreeing to the scam.  Although I gave them my credit card number, I know they already had it bcause i hesitated, and the man on the phone (Jack Corlione ext 234) started reciting the number for me.. so all I gave them was the exp number in total. Afterwards, I immediately called the number that he GAVE me (1-888-333-3857) and spoke with a rude woman who, after I confronted her very professionally about my concerns, hung up on me.
I looked the company name up online and couldnt find it. I looked up the number and found all these posts about what a scam it is, and I immediately called my credit card companies to cancel cards, and change the numbers. I don't think they got away with charging anything, as the creditors said there were no charges when i'd called, but it sure is a big time suck to have to deal with this.  MY ADVICE IS NEVER say yes to anyone who calls YOU. NO MATTER WHO it is unless you are 100% familiar with them, even then, do your research and CALL THEM BACK... Save yourself the headache.  I wasted my whole morning on fixing this. and could still be dealing with it for times to come... but hopefully I've taken care of it.
Also another number to be wary of is the one that was the "verification" agent was to call me back from.  It was 30 minutes past the first call. This one is a santa maria, ca number (1-805-357-1666). I asked the man if he didnt mind if i recorded our conversation. He said that was fine, so i did. I asked him what company he was with and he said: "card services"  I laughed and said.. "your company is called CARD SERVICES? are you familiar with FCS international, and he said yes it was the company they work with. I said well i looked up that number and the comapny online and im seeing all sorts of fraud alerts, what do you have to tell me about this?" To which he replied, "oh, so there are like what 5 or 6 people out of a million who are saying bad things and you are going to listen to them??!  DO you want to lower your rates or not?" I of course at this point was furious and DONE so i said, "Have I been charged with anything?" "no", he said.  "Please take my information off your list, I do NOT want to do business with you." He had already hung up on me.

THESE people are AWFUL. Even IF they were legit, they have very poor business tactics, and are unprofessional.. If you're going to be a scam, do it with some class!

To Almost Scammed--I am in the same position, this happened to me too. Except that FCS might be changing their phone numbers I suspect. They gave me these numbers 888-333-3857 x257 and also 888-826-1162. Same names Justin Davis and Adam Garcia. My question is did you file with the FTC? I am about to do the same. Wonder if you have any further tips on this? If I get a bogus answer from you, I'll know it's the FCS people sniffing out our blogs and infiltrating propaganda to throw off other potential victims. That won't stop me from taking this further.

I was just scammed by Card Services/ FCS International. They called me even though I am listed in the "Do Not Call" registry. They said they were from my credit card company, Chase, and due to my great payment history, they could lower my rate to under 7.00%. Because they had some of the information of my account (balance, credit limit, last transaction) I assumed they were in fact from my credit card company. When they asked me for my account number, I asked why they would need that since they're the creditor and would have that. The woman sounded like she was from India. She got indignant when I asked her why I needed to tell her my credit card number, and she said "It starts with 4, and you need to verify it to me for security reasons." Then she asked for the expiration date, and asked me to verify my full name and address. When my gut told me it seemed odd, she insisted that it was just for verification purposes. She also told me that since I didn't provide the 3 digits on the back of the card nor my social security number, there is nothing they can do with this information, and not to be concerned as this is a legitimate call from my bank. I am an educated person, I've heard of scams, and yet, even with some hesitation, I gave her all of the information she requested! (I did not give her the 3 digits on the back of the card not my SS#) I questioned my intuition when I should have listened to it. The scam is set up in a series of calls. They tell you up front that you'll receive another call from a "Financial Advisor" and then a third call from a "Supervisor". There must be serveral groups of scammers connected to this. The second call ("Stay by your phone for the next call") was from a man, named Justin Davis, who called me back, representing himself to be a Financial Advisor. He told me they would need to charge $1300 to my card for their fee. He insisted it would save me money and quoted me all kinds of figures. I was not sure of this so I did not agree to the charge. I was still contemplating this and he said nothing would be charged until his supervisor called me back and got on the phone with me and my bank. My gut was screaming Don't fall for this! If they do all the calling, how do I know they are really calling my bank and that they aren't just calling their own people who are also in on the scam? While waiting for the supervisor to call back, I googled this company--FCS International. A health company came up. I kept searching and then found this blog. Then I knew I was scammed! The supervisor, Adam Garcia, called me and I said "No way, I'm not doing this." When he then said he needed to refer me back to Justin, I asked him, "Why would you need to if you're his supervisor?" He gave no answer and transferred me back to Justin, the ur..."financial advisor". This is where the whole conversation went upside down. The people who started out so nice and friendly and polite turned VENEMOUS as soon as I told them that I think this is a scam. They first told me it was too late, that I had already done the deal and that they had recorded the conversation. They cursed at me--profanities--threatened me, saying they were going to report me to a collection agency and ruin my credit (for what? I hadn't received any services yet!), they said they were going to send police to my home to arrest me, and that they had the power to charge up my card. Then they laughed saying "You gave your credit card information to a lady in India! ha! You are stupid!" I knew for sure now that I was dealing with scammers. Legitimate companies do not threaten customers, nor speak or act in this manner. I closed my credit card account, put a fraud alert on my credit information, and I am going to report this to the local DA, the Federal Trade Commission and whomever else I can think of. I think I will also contact the local news stations to put out Beware Alerts on these folks. To all you folks out there who thought your bank was calling you to lower your rates, don't fall for this! Hang up and call your bank to speak with that person. If that person is legitimate, someone in the bank will be aware of the campaign to lower your rate, or whatever is being offered to you, and you will be put in touch with the right person. If there is no offer, then you are being scammed.

You're complaints on here about our company. We don't deserve, and I'm sorry that you have nothing better to do than it, well not really, you see we work hard as a team at fcs. You don't know how to spot a scam so I will show you because I like people, and am thankful for my team there I have learned more from them than any business school I went to.
Quoting the FTC website. Here is how to spot a scam.?" "The company wants you to pay for credit repair services before they provide any services. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, credit repair companies cannot require you to pay until they have completed the services they have promised. ?  The company doesn?t tell you your rights and what you can do for yourself for free. ? The company recommends that you do not contact any of the three major national credit reporting companies directly. ?  The company tells you they can get rid of most or all the negative credit information in your credit report, even if that information is accurate and current. ? The company suggests that you try to invent a ?new? credit identity ? and then, a new credit report ? by applying for an Employer Identification Number to use instead of your Social Security number. ? The company advises you to dispute all the information in your credit report, regardless of its accuracy or timeliness.  If you follow illegal advice and commit fraud, you may find yourself in legal hot water, too: It?s a federal crime to lie on a loan or credit application, to misrepresent your Social Security number, and to obtain an Employer Identification Number from the Internal Revenue Service under false pretenses. You could be charged and prosecuted for mail or wire fraud if you use the mail, telephone, or Internet to apply for credit and provide false information.  Your Rights Regarding Credit Repair No one can legally remove accurate and timely negative information from a credit report. The law allows you to ask for an investigation of information in your file that you dispute as inaccurate or incomplete. There is no charge for this. Some people hire a company to investigate on their behalf, but anything a credit repair clinic can do legally, you can do for yourself at little or no cost. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA):  ? You?re entitled to a free report if a company takes ?adverse action? against you, like denying your application for credit, insurance, or employment. You have to ask for your report within 60 days of receiving notice of the action. The notice will give you the name, address, and phone number of the consumer reporting company. You?re also entitled to one free report a year if you?re unemployed and plan to look for a job within 60 days; if you?re on welfare; or if your report is inaccurate because of fraud, including identity theft. ? Each of the nationwide consumer reporting companies ? Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion ? is required to provide you with a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months, if you ask for it. The three companies have a central website, a toll-free telephone number, and a mailing address for consumers to order the free annual credit reports the government entitles them to. To order, click on annualcreditreport.com, call 1-877-322-8228, or complete the Annual Credit Report Request Form and mail it to:  Annual Credit Report Request ServiceP.O.
