they are making harrasing calls at wk

I also received a voice mail from this number with a threatening message for someone with my first and last name, but a completely different middle name.

They gave a case number and 888-891-5208 as a call back.

I called back and the call did not go to an operator.  The Automated answer did the company's name was Consolidated.

I too just received a phone call regarding the same issues.  The lady asked to speak to me and stated that she had papers to serve and gave me an 888.891.5208 number to call along with 134-983 as a case number.  Told me to call but as a Paralegal I know a Process Server isn't going to call to get an address for you.  The party who is going to have you served will have the address or have an investigator find you.

I just got 6 calls in a row from this # and when I called back I asked for an address and they would not give it to me. I've been looking for an address. The company is called "Consolidated", I guess. They are rude.

why would this person disclose a case number to a third party person? Fair Debt Collection violation, for sure. calling the BBB - scam for sure....

My husband called this number after they called my the owner of my husband's company, his mother and his brother telling them that they needed to have my husband call them or he would be served papers. We called them back. They did not read the credit disclosure that the FDCPA requires. The gentleman then said that he had to go as his wife was having a baby and he put his manager on the phone. The first person could not tell me the name of the company that my husband owed, the second gentleman did. They offered a settlement. My mom just received a call from this number as well.  They knew her name and also gave her a case number... who does this?

Got a nasty call looking for someone that i've never heard of giving me a case number and phone number to call.  Called the number on the caller ID. 720-773-3063 and 888-891-5208.  Both numbers had the same voice saying that my call couldn't be completed?????  Sounds like a scam to me.  Calling local police and FTC to let them know.
