CALLS MANY TIMES THRU OUT THE DAY, EARLY AND LATE. NEVER LEAVES A MESSAGE.

so i called the number back... basically they are reminding you of your payment to your credit card ... but what they want you to do is to pay over the phone with a check and entice you by giving you a credit of 15.00 dollars by doing so..

Repeated Calls from "Action Card Services" asking for various Hispanic last names.  Asked to be put in DNC list to no avail.
