I love the profile icon assigned to my use name lol !!!!

I found this number 888-893-3078 dated 10/30/12 , at 5:18pm while cleaning up my cell today, decided to look it up and I found all these posts and read them. Wow I'm glad I came here to check  it out!  I think they might've left a vm although I guess fortunately I wasn't able to access the vm on this cell as of yet. From what I read here, it almost sounds dangerous. They should be held accountable!

No Caller ID

Yes I received this Same phone call today, Left a message on my answering machine, They talk so quickly had to listen to it literally 5 times to get the phone number and a name.. I am going to guess they are Full of BS, I Dont know I own my house but have a Homestead on it, and I only own one vehicle that doesn't even Run.. SO Good Luck taking something I dont have. Anyone know who they are besides another annoyance trying to collect money on Old debts more than likely. Funny thing is There is a statue of Limitations on Most unsecured debt. 6 years, After 6 years legally I found out You are NOT Forced to pay them. They can take you to court, and IF It falls within that time frame From what a lawyer said You WILL NOT be held liable to pay.

Our client has given specific permission for you to contact them for further clarification. You can reach them at 888-893-3078. We need to hear from you immediately, this is a time sensitive matter.

The call we received said someone in the household was under investigation and gave the 888-893-3078 #to call saying the party that was involved with the investigation in regards to what it was andsaid we could contact them  to find out what it was about.Im not calling the # .I figured it was a scam .Im glad I checked it out.

Just got the same call but the said they were from the process serving department and wanted to know if anyone over the age of 18 would be at home between the hours of 8 and 5, I said "I suppose" and hung up, they called back and I didn't answer. They actually had my name though...hmmmm. Some debt collector I suppose, I don't believe I have owe anyone right now....???? Sounds fishy, anything court related would be mailed first to settle informally versus going to court and paying an outrageous court cost on their part.... dumba--es...

I just received a call from these people on my cell and the lady stated that she was investigating someone at this address and had to call the company back rigt away and left a case number?  have no idea!  but thanks for these posting...because I am not calling it back.

I got a call from a guy with a very deep voice stating that my account was forwarded to him and that I needed to call him back.  No threats yet, but I don't own anything (not even a car in my name!) so they can try to take whatever they want.  All I know is Onowe $50 to Sprint from a while back that I almost paid off, and then the last payment didn't go thru for insufficient funds.  Since then I've been getting harassed EVERYDAY, for $50!   I didn't call back.  I always come here first when I get numbers like these show up on my phone.  Thank goodness for this website!  And others like it, or I would fall prey to ugly, nasty people like them.

I just received this call 10 minutes ago. I have a cricket phone, i wonder if it has to do with the provider. What provider do you guys have?

I recieved the same phone call about 30 minutes ago. People like this need to be put behind bars and the key throwed away. Stupid a**holes. Go play in the street somewhere and get hit by a mack truck!!!!

I received the exact same call just now threatening to take my property and asking  if"i got that"sorry, no i didn't a**hole, i don't answer to rude peoples threats!

I just had this too about 15 minutes ago. Very deep voice, like it is being covered by some machine. Said something about property but I rent. Said I need to call by today and then said you got that... I called from a phone in a deli downstairs from my work and the phone kept ringing and then hung up. Stupid A** people have nothing better to do.

yup. got the same message. "Call back (something about your property) today, got it"? yeah, i'll get right on that.... this fool didn't ask for anyone by name. i don't know if they're related, but i got a call from a guy a few weeks ago, i couldn't see the number as i was traveling in a very rural area and none was generated. this joker wanted me to give him my address so he could have me "served". VERY rude and at one point started screaming at me when i told him he could have me served at the address he had on file - evidently there wasn't one.

i just got the same message asking if I got it.  The threat said somebody's gonna be sorry if they don't call back before tonight.  Who is this clown?

This number just called me for the first time.  I also got the "call us back at 888-893-3078  GOT IT? ", line.  I called them back; the hell if someone is going to talk to me that way.  Woman answered said that this is CSR, and wanted to know if I was over 18 and could receive a summons. I love this! Technology is so advanced that people can deliver a summons through tely lines now at apparent will. What's even crazier is that this woman had no way to verify if I was 18 - just with my word. They had no information, nothing but a callerid.  DO NOT give anyone on this line ANY information!

If you have debts and receive calls from debt agencies, they will not be like this.  Furthermore, if you have any doubt, you tell them to send you something in the mail to the address that THEY have on file.  Again, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  DON'T even confirm any.

The number has been calling me too. Leaving the same messages. I am not  a property owner either. I have blocked them form my phone but they use another number apparently. Been calling me for several weeks now. I'm glad I haven't answered or returned the calls. I'm too busy during the day to watse my time. GET A LIFE PEOPLE!!! LOL

This number continues to call my cell phone AFTER I registered my number at the "Do Not Call" list.  I think a machine is used to disguise the person's voice, which demands that I call CSIR before the end of the day or they will seize my property.  Well, *surprise!* I am not a property owner!  Today I actually answered the call, and the recording went on as it normally does.  I asked, "Who the hell is this?" and the talking went silent, then they disconnected from me.  So, whoever it is does not seem to have the balls behind the sound of their voice from the machine, nor do they have the balls to stand behind the threats that they make.  Again, this number did not start calling my cell number until AFTER I registered it on the "Do Not Call" list.  Interesting, huh?

We came to work this morning and a message was left at 6:15 am threatening us that they had left us several messages and if we didn't call back there would be trouble. He then said in a very nasty tone "call us back at 888-893-3078  GOT IT? "

I called the number out of curiosity and it is an answering machine with a woman saying "Corporate office". There is no one to talk to. DO NOT LEAVE THEM A MESSAGE.

I had the same thing happen to me on 10/17/12- Wednesday afternoon left on my answering machine phone. It was a guy with a heavy voice. He did not say who he was calling for at all. These type of people need to be in jail for harrassing people.

This is a new number for some company calling themselfs CSIR I have no Idea who they are but they want you to call back and have several didnt numbers and no one answers. Its weird because they ask for no one and then when you call them back you get know one but a recording. I have called the phone company and hoping to get these call traced as there starting to get pretty nasty and claiming to take my property.
